Can't find any faults, it was well equipped, everything worked, we had two dogs with us and was able to find a very pleasant little area to exercise them. Morrisons supermarket 5 mins away, however a well stocked shop with milk etc with a very pleasant owner in Linden AVE, also Linden Tree Cafe offering pre cooked take away meals such as Lasagne, and Meat Pie were excellent, and again so close in Linden AVE. Thornton is a handy place for a small selection of shops.
Thornton is a handy place for a small selection of shops. It is also close to the Wyre Estuary Park which is great for walks especially with a dog. Everything you need is available including public transport to take you to Blackpool, Fleetwood and other local places. The River Wyre Pub is close by and worth a visit for a good Pub meal. Lovely house, clean and modern looking.
Lovely house, clean and modern looking. The host had left some food items which was very thoughtful and as it was before Christmas had put up a decorated tree, great personal touch. Parking was good, secure and plenty of room. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and rooms of a good size. I visited on business so didn't look for attractions but had to take a drive to see the illuminations and Blackpool tower which are close by. Morrisons supermarket is round the corner along with lots of eating out options, Wetherspoons, fish and chips and other take away available. It was a quiet neighbourhood, but the seafront is only a 10 minute drive. It is a great base to explore the North West coast including Blackpool, Lytham and Morecombe. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs.Guest review bySharonUnited Kingdom - 8.0

If a large group, may need bigger property for your needs, if it is somewhere you want to sleep and go, it’s fine. If you have any mobility problems, or small children, stairs maybe a problem as very steep, due to it being an older property. No garden, just paved area, which needs cleaning regularly, plus seats if you wish to use it as a patio, plus change description, can be misleading. If you are going out and about perfect.
