The property is excellent beautiful inside and out the lady who dealt with us was lovely and made us feel welcome she even got us a local taxi number so we could explore without the car I’d definitely stay there again

I forgot my wallet at the reception on the 24/09, I noticed that in the morning with money inside. I got it back from the receptionist at 09.30am. I really was very pleased and Big thanks to the reception team.

The location is extremely convenient. If you fly into Stansted and you are flying out of Heathrow or going to another destination next day, I highly recommend staying at this hotel and then taking the bus/train to Heathrow or whatever airport/destination you need to go. This hotel is literally a 3-5 minute walk. Once we got off the plane we followed the signs to the hotel and then next morning walked back to the airport and jumped on a bus to Heathrow. It was fantastic. We debated on Ubering to Heathrow when we arrived in Stansted, glad we didn't. Breakfast was good too!
