Came to this property right after landing in Kutaisi and absolutely loved it. So much so that we decided to return at the end of our trip. Warm welcome, fantastic design, right off the entrance. A gorgeous smell, a pristine lobby bathroom, an amazing dinner accompanied by their own wine all at a great price. We were kindly upgraded to a higher level look. Gorgeous and spacious, fantastic bed with that luxury feeling of mattress pillow, duvet and great pillows too. Breakfast was sensational too. The staff were all so kind special mention to Misho and the girl in the restaurant I can’t recall her name. An applause to the chefs for creating such tasty food with a beautiful presentation to match. Overall an unexpected luxury experience at the price of a European hostel.

Mzia is such an excellent host. It is clear that she takes great pleasure in hosting & cooking for guests, and this made our short stay very memorable. If you stay with Mzia, I recommend arranging to have a dinner with her. Beautiful property with a gorgeous garden (vines, pomegranate trees!) that we could look at from the balcony as well as a view of the hills. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean and there is a living room as well. We had a lovely welcome, very friendly hosts and warm kind offers of food. The location is perfect for the Uplistsikhe site, nice and quiet.

We had a very spacious suite which was very well-furnished and decorated Great bathroom If you have a rental car this hotel is a great place to stay. Easy access to visit Uplistsikhe. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff. We also very much appreciated being able to check in early Highly recommend this hotel

This is a brand new building and apartments. The hotel section is on floors 9 and 10, and the lower floors are private dwellings. The top floor is a restaurant still under construction (as of October 2023). The apartment was roomy and had great interior design and comfort. Excellent and courteous service from the staff. Value is exceptional. Expectations exceeded.
