After the hustle and bustle of Tbilisi, we toured Kakheti. Just outside Telavi we stumbled upon Chateau White Flags, an oasis of tranquility with a beautiful view of the Caucasus. The welcome was warm. The hostess conjures up delicious dishes on the table. The wine, made by the host, was exceptionally tasty. With an eye for tradition, but with an open mind for the melting pot of cultures that come together here. After a delicious dinner, we immediately booked an extra night. Enjoyed an extra day of reading by the pool and an additional culinary evening. Breakfast was excellent too. Highly recommended in an excellent location!

Excellent atmosphere. I feel in love with Telavi because of this hotel. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Nino, the host—she is such a kind and wonderful person! She went above and beyond to help me with everything, ensuring I had the best experience possible. Her hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable.
