Koba and Angelina (and bubu the dog) were very kind and generous hosts. This was the perfect place to stay and enjoy Angelina's delicious home cooked food and Koba's homemade wine after exploring Vardzia. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They even helped us arrange transport back to Akhaltsikhe. Highly recommend!

Great location for staying the night before visiting the Vardzia cave city. Beds were comfy and showers were hot. We arrived late in the evening and the host made us a delicious dinner. Breakfast the next morning was also excellent with homemade yogurt and ingredients from their farm. Their dogs were also super cute and friendly!

The resort is actually amazing. We were amazed for what they offer, even in out of season. The restaurant served an amazing local cuisine foods and the breakfast was splendid. The view from our room was to die for, We had all the Vardzia monastery to our plate. Great stay if you are nearby

But one of the standout features of Tsotne's Kingdom has to be the homemade food. Each meal felt like a heartfelt home-cooked dish, infused with flavors that are both authentic and delicious. It's evident that a lot of love and care goes into preparing these meals, and it truly enhanced my overall stay. For anyone considering a stay here, don't hesitate. everything was amazing. I believe i can't say enough about this stay. The food, the surroundings, the people the location..best place i've ever stayed! The house is surrounded by fruit trees, blackberries.. We had fresh milk and fresh honey for breakfast and together with all the other delicious food that were freshly made, the experience was simply exceptional. Highly recommended!
