We were really made to feel welcome, we were looked after like family. Location was fantastic even though snow conditions made ski-in, ski-out impossible, the walk to the lift is very short. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. We would happily stay again.

After reading the reviews we were not so sure about choosing this Hotel, specially being a bit far from lifts and new Gudauri, but honestly the staff and specially "Tako" the manager of the hotel made our stay a very special experience. The first day we wanted to go skiing the guy working got very busy and we had to wait a little bit, so after we came back from ski, the manager "Tako" told us we don't have to pay for our rentals that day! Because we waited too long! also gave us her phone number to call so she can arrange pickup each day when we wanted to come back from the lifts to the hotel! The Hotel is a bit far from new Gudauri but we easily got a bolt each time about 27 Gel they also offer a complimentary shuttle that operates from 10 to12 and takes you to shino lift and also picks you up coming back. The breakfast is simple but tasty, different kinds of cold cuts and cheese and dried and fresh fruit, some pastry and sausage and omlet, good coffee and an amazing view. The rooms are cleaned every day, free water and coffee. If you have a balcony which we did, the view is amazing. Also the sauna and the pool are clean and well kept and its a great experience after a long day of ski, we also ate three times at the hotel restaurant, the pizza and the mexican fries are really good. Altogether we do suggest this hotel if you want a clean quiet hotel with some friendly nice staff. We will be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Gudauri and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The cozy interior design added to the charm, making it the perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The beds were incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night’s rest. One of the highlights was the food. The on-site restaurant served delicious, locally inspired dishes and hearty breakfasts that fueled me for the day ahead. I especially loved the warm soups and Georgian specialties, which were a perfect touch after the cold weather outside. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend The Best Western Gudauri to anyone planning a trip to Gudauri.
