We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel with our family! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like friends — they met us at the entrance, helped carry our luggage, and even surprised us with a bottle of wine in our room after our walk around Borjomi. The room was spotless, cozy, and perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and set the perfect start to our day. After check-out, they kindly let us leave our car so we could enjoy a few more hours exploring the town — such a thoughtful touch! Every detail, from cleanliness to friendliness, was perfect. We felt truly welcome and cared for. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Borjomi and can’t wait to come back ourselves!

What a pearl with wonderful hosts! Very stylish and convenient rooms, absolutely comfortable beds, top class relax. And Georgian hospitality at its top level. Wine tasting, cognac tasting, karaoke, dancing. Would stay for longer if my trip was not planned earlier.

Nice villa hotel with hospitable staff. The room was clean, not big, but it was very comfortable to stay 1 night. My suggestion to book a room with Mountain View because from other side is kids playground and it could be a little bit noisy.

Everything about our stay was truly perfect, thanks to Merab and his heartfelt hospitality. Not only he offered us his homemade red wine, which was delicious, but we also shared a wonderful moment drinking it. Such an exceptional experience staying there. The property has a great view and is amidst nature. I definitely recommend staying there if you want to get away from busy city life. It has a garden, parking space, swings and an outdoor seating cabin if you want enjoy outside. The host was really helpful too.
