Absolutely everything was perfect! Unbeatable views, very clean & comfortable, everything was high quality, and it is evident Marios really cares about his guests enjoying their stay. We were greeted with food and water in the fridge (important since you can't drink tap water on most Greek islands including Zakynthos), and it was enough for our 3 day/4 night stay. Lovely soaps and shampoo provided. Air conditioning works great, and the pool stayed cool & refreshing despite the sun beating down on it all day. Marios is also a very talented artist, and I enjoyed seeing some of his works. He provided fresh towels at one point and offered to change the sheets and provide some cleaning, but we declined all but the towels and trash service since we were OK with the rest. The house is in the quieter and less crowded area of the island, which was perfect for us, although you can sometimes hear roosters and music from the nearby bar when outside. I highly recommend taking a nearby boat tour of Shipwreck Cove and the Blue Caves. We also really enjoyed Alykes Beach, which is not too far. I could go on and on about how much we loved our stay. We are already talking about when we can return and hoping this house will be available!

Atmosphere of property is very nice. It's modern, stylish and private. View is amazing. Swimming pool makes your photos unique. Breakfast was delicious. There was no noise from restaurant, we heard only perfect soundtrack. Cocktails are fantastic. All staff is polite.

Lovely, clean, spacious room. Nice surroundings with pine trees and view over pool to the mountains. Pool was large and lovely. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast and lunch in pool bar were really good.

Great pool, we also could use additional pool accros the street if we wanted something more quiet. Great stuff at the big pool, food and drinks so good! Amazng location 3 min from Bocca beach bar. Good for families. Very good in fact

Travelled as a family here with our 3 month old baby, stayed for 6 nights but wish it was more Spiros couldn’t do enough for us to ensure we had the best holiday. Brand new cot and high chair provided for us. Everything in the villa was brand new and hadn’t been used Pool space was lovely to chill and enough room for everyone in the group to spread out. Welcome hamper with bread and fresh eggs was a lovely touch. Car isn’t required here, the Villa is located about 10 minute walk from Alykanas main strip, which we managed easily with a baby. we had a lot of breakfast and lunch at Danny’s hotel only 7 minute walk away, and the main beach is only 5 minutes down the road from the villa.

    The property was very quiet and very clean, the water and the beach are very clean, we stayed late in the evening on the beach listening to music and watching the stars, the view was beautiful, in the morning the sunrise is a wonderfull, everything was perfect, the owners were very polite and good people

    It is a very spacious villa, incredibly clean, and has a very hospitable and friendly owner. They provided us with welcome wine and Zakynthos sweets, all the essentials for the first days of our stay, such as bread, ham and cheese, water, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, and much more. The villa was cleaned every other day and all the sheets and towels were changed. The owner's mother even brought us homemade Mosaka :-) The villa is very quiet and without any neighbours. The view was fantastic and much better than the pictures. All the facilities were working in very good condition. There was a big BBQ and several beds in the garden.

    On our first visit, during the day, we found that the cruise boat touts were quite aggressive, dominating every car park available, and tried to stop you whilst travelling. Felt very intimated, so moved on, and this really spoilt our first visit. We returned at a later time at around 5 pm, when they had gone home and found this a much better time to visit where we could enjoy a peaceful stroll and visit the local shops and Taverna. This experience could be off putting for many new visitors and maybe the activities should be more restrained.

    I really loved the area of Agios Nikolaos and would stay here again. My only caution is to rent a car. It's not near town and you can't walk from location to location. But it's quiet, and it's beautiful in Agios Nikolaos.

    Agios Nikolaos and its surroundings is "nature beauty" and is very tranquil. This location is not very suitable for small children. There are few beaches and the beaches are rocky and pebble. Not many opportunities to rent umbrella and sunbeds. On the other hand there are many options to rent a boat and admire the beauty of the sea. The sea is crystal clear. We liked Nobelos restaurant. You definitely need a car in this area.

    The house is a perfect holiday house and in a nice calm location. The house is very well equipped and nothing is missing. It is also getting well cleaned every 3 days. The Seaview is great (top sunrise). Within walking distance good restaurants and one small beach. We loved the day we rented a boat from the Port nearby and Makris Gialos beach a few Kms by car away.

    A tranquil setting nestled amongst olive trees. Large room with modern fittings and a good bathroom. Comfortable bed. The host family very kindly drove us down to the ferry, so that we didn't have to walk with all our luggage! Agios Nikolaos is a lovely place with some of the best restaurants we've been to, and beautiful blue sea.

    Amazing apartment, totally equipped, stunning view - the size of the pool is more than we expected. Breakfast is served in the apartment - so maximum privacy whenever you ask for. Staff is very friendly and helpful. In summary it's worth every Euro and we enjoyed every single second at this hotel.
