    fabulous beach resort close to Naxos town and port. The beach is very clean with crystal clear waters. You can rent sun beds from the beach bars and there are plenty of beach bars and restaurants to relax in. The swimming is very safe with a gentle slope into the water, it's a really lovely sandy beach, and a great spot to watch the sun set over Paros. There are also lots of boutique shops, a couple of small supermarkets, and a couple of lovely ice cream parlours as well. It's a very relaxed beach vibe, quite bohemian!

    I’d say 3 days is enough time here.

    I’d say 3 days is enough time here. We stayed where we were as it’s close to the beach and amenities, we didn’t travel elsewhere as it was 25 euro each way in a taxi to the port. We did want to get a quad bike but forgot a listener. Id recommend a few days here and also going to another island and a few days in Athens too. We went to Syros also which was less touristy in a great way.!

    We loved it, the water was warm, great for swimming- And sunbathing. It was just the right mix of relaxing environment but with enough cafes and restaurants. No shopping other than touristy things though, one or two “boutiques “,

    I think the best beach in Naxos.

    I think the best beach in Naxos. There is a great variety of services available for all budgets. Whoever wants to be close to the beach/beach bars etc and the city of Naxos, Agios Prokopios is a place to consider. Car parking is not that easy. Better to leave the car in the public parking available and explore the area on foot.

    An ideal location, close to the beach, surrounded by lovely restaurants, bakeries and shops. Although the beach is really beautiful, it’s very busy with lots of sunbeds. We loved eating at Colosseo, the food was lovely and staff were great. Zafiris Bakery was delicious, we loved our croissants from there on a morning. We hired a buggy from Motonaxos, the ladies that worked there were really helpful and we loved being able to explore in our own time.

    Good location and near the beach only 2 mins walking. Got swimming pool at hotel and it is lovely too. Easy to catch bus go to Naxos town. Good choice of restaurants and bar. Hotel is lovely and perfect location. We would come back again. Staffs is nice and friendly. Helpful when asking something. They make us feel welcoming. Breakfast is nice and nice choice. Bedroom is lovely and shower room is perfect size for 2 people. Bedroom maybe need little modern but it not bother us. Very comfortable beds.

    Wonderful stay at this hotel. Maria the owner is a grate host made our stay perfect. The apartment was perfect for our family with two small children. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. We just made breakfast 2 days, the rest we eat out. There are a lot of breakfast restaurants and bakerys close to the hotel. It s like 600m to the most beautiful beach. You have a bus station called Lago Mare just 10 m in front of the hotel that go's to Naxos port and Plaka beach.

    Clean, well appointed room with everything you need. Maria, the hostess was very helpful and hospitable. Great location with shaded parking onsite. Easy walk to beautiful Agios Prokopios beach and close to other areas, particularly if you hire a car, which I would recommend. The pool was awesome and the kids absolutely loved it! Will look to stay here in the future when we come back to Naxos. Thank you Colosseo Star!

    Sweet little family run hotel. Very nice owners, nothing was problem! Spotless clean room (they clean it every day!). Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Would definitely book again while staying at Naxos. The location is super. 10 min drive from airport. 5 min to beach/supermarket/restaurants.

    A small road between the hotel and beach area - our room overlooked the beach , great view and great sound proofing when asleep. Very laid back beach at Agios Prokopios - plenty of restaurants , car /bike hire and minimarkets
