Everything is super clean and neat. The hotel is really a boutique, not too many guests and the staff is amazing. I can write so much about everything being perfect. Some would say that the location is not good but I find it perfect, it’s 10 minutes drive from city center, there’s a parking and it’s a quiet area and it makes it so peaceful. Wonderful hotel for sure will be back.

The rooms were spacious and with good lighting. We had a smart TV in the living room where we could watch Netflix. The breakfast was very good (different items every day) and we had room service available as well as the possibility to select dining options. The hotel staff was always prepared to accommodate our stay, very informative, and always prepared to organize activities for us.

We went in May and it was amazing, Zoran was great, he parked our car right in front in the shade every day. Great food choices. Everything was super clean. All inclusive package is great! Staff is helpful, Nikos bartender is making perfect drinks in the lobby bar. There was no need to leave the hotel. Thank you for great stay!

the room was recently renovated and clean. they have a very small gravel parking lot which is convenient. we had no hot water for the first day but they were able to fix that pretty quickly. the women who worked at the desk were nice.

    Difficult to judge because we came early in the season when there was a cold wind blowing and not all the places were open. However, there didn't seem to be many places to eat [not a problem for us as there was one excellent place, though would be a problem peak season] . There were a number of apparently abandoned and ill-maintained buildings, which made the place appear less attractive.

    The attention and care of staff was excellent, that helped to overlook minor imperfections. As a solo traveler I used to explore the island and enjoy the sights, people, fine smells of plants in the air, as I always do, mainly using a rented car.

    Reliable and frequent bus commute to the city centre, once you realise the bus changes its number on the way back (it's no 1 to the city and becomes no 6 on the way back - beats me!), and accept that there is always a traffic jam as you approach Heraklion. Allow good half an hour each way even though it's only 7 km. It's cheaper to buy a ticket at a supermarket rather than from a driver. There are mini markets open every day till late which is brilliant for those who arrive at late hours or weekenders. Quite peaceful in November. Petousis taverna was a major bonus, great food, nice atmosphere and not too crowded on weekdays. It gets really busy on weekends. Some other nice eateries nearby too.

    Everything was perfect and included with the hotel. Sandy beach front property, large clean pool and roomy accommodations. The bus comes every 15 minutes it stops in front of the hotel which was convenient. We used it instead of our car rental to visit the city center of Heraklion, not having to worry about finding parking.

    Beautiful tavernas with delicious food, reasonably priced. Beach is great for families, quite a few cafes with pools, great crepe place though I didn’t try any. Really lovely town, a bit busy on the road but as this runs to Heraklion it is extremely convenient for buses to other parts of Crete, such as Knossos. Our trip was only four days so we will visit there next time!

    We had such a great week at this lovely family-run hotel. Nikos and Manolia were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They truly embody the Greek spirit of φιλοξενία—warm, generous hospitality that makes you feel like part of the family. Whether it was finding the best local restaurants, hiring a car, or discovering beautiful nearby beaches, they always had the perfect suggestions.     We had a large room with 2 balconies as well as a living room, they are also very well insulated, the hotel has a very cool and quiet atmosphere, a nice pool as well as a jacuzzi, the staff are very friendly and professional. The hotel is also located at a good distance from the city of Heraklion. You can catch the bus in front of the hotel and pay only 2 euros per person (buses leave until late at night). Free parking is also a big plus.

    Amazing location in Ammoudara near all beach restaurants and shops, also near Heraklion by bus or taxi. We loved the front beach view mainly at sunset. The food at the hotel restaurant is so delicious and fresh! The staff is lovely and kind with lots of tips to visit around. We totally recommend as we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!

    The hotel is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet holiday. It offered lovely areas to sunbathe around lovely greenery. The breakfast is excellent and the evening meals also very good. In the street outside there are decent shops and other greek restaurants if you wish to explore. A perfect place to spend a week relaxing.
