This place was incredible. Whoever designed this place deserves a medal. The aesthetics… the views… the pool… the room… the service… all a 10/10. AND it’s only 3 months old!! This hotel is located in Pounta, Paros. It is off the beaten track, so quiet and situated on a cliff overlooking the Pounda Port. At times, it felt like we were the only people staying here. If you’re looking to relax, this is the place to go. It really is a hidden gem and the staff run the place SO well. You are so well looked after, it is kept exceptionally clean and we felt so relaxed after staying here. They do a buffet breakfast and it was so tasty. The coffee they offer as well was great. This was an epic start to our trip island hopping around the Cyclades. We also had a 6pm ferry the day of check out and they told us we could stay as long as we needed and even sorted us a transfer to the port. They are doing it right, here at Kouros Blanc! We hope we can come back again! Some tips…. - If you are staying here, hire a car, ATV or beach buggy as we found the transport situation a little difficult. A short taxi ride sets you back about 25€ which hurt and the bus doesn’t go past this accommodation as it is quite remote. The staff at the hotel will sort out a rental for you if you request it. We hired a beach buggy for the day on Sunday to go exploring and it was so nice to be able to come back to such a quiet and relaxing base. - Set aside one night to sit by the pool and have dinner to take in the incredible view this hotel offers. They have an all day food menu with the basics like pizza, pasta, salad, sandwiches etc. After a whole day out on a boat, or driving around beach hopping and visiting the busy Naoussa, this is all we needed. The place was clean and very charming. Backyard was very much in the Cyclades style. We didn’t hear any noise. It‘s close to the seaside. The staff was very friendly and they even provided us a list with top restaurants, beaches to be visited in paros. That was very helpful and reduced the research time.

I had an amazing stay at Mellow Paros. The hotel is located in a very quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood, and it's just a easy 5min walk to the town center. The rooms at Mellow Paros are all built in a very modern, minimalist way compared to most of the older outdated hotels you usually find in Greece. The room was perfect - very clean, plenty of space, modern with new fittings, plenty of space with comfortable bed and pillows. The room also had a really nice little balcony that overlooked the city which was so nice at night. The bathroom was large and clean with great hot water. Rooms were cleaned daily and the wifi and AC worked great. Each room had an excellent modern coffee maker (with pods and sugar provided) as well as an electric kettle which was so useful. One of the best parts about this hotel was there was complementary bottled water (as well as tea and coffee) always available at the entrance for guests to take if they need, which was so nice of them to offer as nowhere else in Greece did I receive free bottled water (even at restaurants). The staff and owner was super friendly and always around in case you needed help (and easily contactable via whatsapp), and he had an excellent list of recommendations for things to do, beaches to visit and places to dine at. I would absolutely 100% recommend this property to anyone, and especially for the price you're paying it's incredible value for money! If I'm ever in Paros again this is where I will absolutely stay again without a doubt!
