Christina is a wonderful, kind and generous host who met us with ice- cream on arrival, made us feel welcome in her beautiful rooms overlooking the ocean. We had a picturesque room and view and enjoyed the pretty gardens where we enjoyed our dinner overlooking the ocean. It was a short walk down to the beach where there are also restaurants if one wanted one. It was peaceful and a haven of rest. On departure we were gifted a thoughtful gift and sweets from the local church as they had just had a special celebration. Regretfully we couldn’t stay longer. If I could do it all over I would park at Flora’s apartments for a few days at least and rest some more.

Everything during my stay at Ariadne's Apartment has been nothing else but exceptional. The apartment is situated in the lovely village of Apollonas, on the north coast of Naxos... The village is beautiful, and is the perfect place for a vacation of complete relax and rest. From the apartment, you have an amazing view on the sea and on the mountain valley and peaks behind the house. The apartment is very comfortable, with everything you would need during your stay, a well stocked kitchen, a comfortable bathroom, a very wide bedroom/common area, and a nice patio outside. Carole, which has been my host, has been lovely, she helped with any need I had, gave me directions on what to see in Naxos island, and made me feel at home during all my stay. I will be back for sure.

I genuinely loved everything about this place. The property is absolutely stunning—two balconies, a huge terrace with a hot tub, and hands down the best view in town. The design is modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more!). As a host myself, I always strive to anticipate my guests’ needs, but this stay proved me wrong—I was taking notes! Every detail has been considered to perfection. The hospitality was next level. One morning, the host even delivered fresh fruit to my door, and their responsiveness was incredible. They answered every single one of my queries immediately and went out of their way to help, even with things unrelated to the stay. You can genuinely feel their passion for hosting. I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. If anyone manages to, I’d be shocked. I’m absolutely coming back, and I couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you for making my stay truly unforgettable!

Very authentic experience. You feel like staying in a real home. The view over The Valley is stunning and you can even see the ocean in the distance! The village is peaceful and quiet. The house was super clean and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking. They provided salt, pepper, oil, dishwashing soap, dishtowels, Marmelades, honey and the best thing: a loaf of very delicious fresh bread was waiting for us! The house has several balconies and you can really do the indoor-outdoor living thing there. I highly recommend! Also it’s exactly how it’s displayed on the pictures.

    This is a special, hidden gem on Naxos, away from all the...

    This is a special, hidden gem on Naxos, away from all the sunbeds and noise from the busy beaches. The 2 beaches here were absolutely fantastic. You reach the town by bus from the port of Naxos and ride through the mountains to reach this town. It's such a lovely bus ride, but if you easily get car sick, I recommend taking car sick medication before leaving. You get around the tiny town on foot; everything is in one spot. It is difficult to park here, so strongly recommend coming by bus, it's cheap and it runs a few times per day. There is a minimarket, a souvenir shop, and a handful of tavernas and coffee shops right on the beach! Our favorite restaurant by far was Kalimera, true Greek food. One beach is a sandy beach and the other has rocks, not as easy to get in and out but worth the effort. The water is crystal clear.

    If you want a tranquil stay Apollon is ideal. We had a car so got out and about a little - nothing is very close by though. Be aware it only has a very small supermarket with the bare essentials. No bakery in the village but there is fresh bread in the supermarket in the nearest village Koronida, 20 minutes drive away (a very pretty village off the through road). We sampled 3 tavernas - all good.

    Flora's Apartments are in a superb location, the owners meet you and offer an Exceptional service, welcome you with a smile and treat you like family. The rooms are clean and spacious, the ambient is serene, surrounded by nature and seascape. The price for the stay is very reasonable, this is a highly recommended place!

    Wow, what an incredible hotel! Honestly, it’s by far the best I’ve ever visited. The whole place feels like something out of a fairytale – magical, peaceful, surrounded by nature, and yet so simple and comfortable at the same time. The owner is absolutely adorable. He did everything to make sure we were perfectly comfortable and made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and prepared with so much care. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate – this hotel is a true gem!

    Flora's apartments were stunning! Located with a picturesque view of the Apollonas bay, with the sound of the ocean in the background, it was the most peaceful and calming place. The accom itself was spotless and cleaned thoroughly daily. It had everything I needed for my 5 night stay. Christina and her husband maintain the apartments personally. They were the most warm and caring hosts one could imagine, and in their actions you can see that they love what they do and take pride in it.

    Great location although you need a car to get to it. Parking was below the apartment on the street but safe. The apartment was quite large and comfortable, the washing machine a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped but a few condiments would not go astray…eg oil, vinegar and salt. One coffee pod per person per day would also be valuable as the mini mart in town has very limited supplies. Apollonos is great place to visit beaches and town towards the south of the island.

    Hotel Adonis is the best hotel in Apollonas, Naxos remote village run by a lovely family! Stamatis is an excellent host, always here in case you need anything. Breakfast is fresh and tasty every morning, and includes various local ingredients! The village is small and beautiful and it is perfect for those who want to get away from the busy city and tourists.;) Very recommended.

    The host was very kind and helpful. Really went above and beyond. The house is lovely and the jacuzzi is great. Apollon is very small so there isn’t many supermarkets but you can easily walk to all the restaurants.
