Everything. The location is right at the port. The rooms are very clean and well maintained , the staff are brilliant and its located above a taverna but even though there was music playing it could not be heard in the room and there is a KETTLE in the room so bring your tea bags Its a gem of a place

In this place, the hosts have tried to navigate you in easy steps through laminated signposts with useful tips, which are completely sufficient for everything you need on the island. The hosts are extremely kind-hearted. They are extremely hospitable. There is also an accurate public transport schedule available (photo) A unique view of the sea under Skopelos from the terrace of this place. I recommend trying the unique food and taverns: - Agnanti Restaurant Skopelos Glossa - super Sea view and gourmet food - Plaza Louki - super sea view and cheap delicious food. Try soufflés - Iliovasilema - Sunset - the central city tavern with grilled lamb, mutton and pork. Super quality and delicious food Do not miss to experience the lifestyle and folklore of the locals by visiting the Folklore Museum. Watch the sunset on the terrace of this place with a DSLR camera, ouzo in hand and chicken soufflé from the center of the place and enjoy the silence, view, peace, harmony and in the company of a neighbor's kitten. Fabulous 3 night stay (Sept 12 for 3 nights). Delightful traditional house in lovely location. The stay was so peaceful, with stunning views. Mini markets and restaurants a few minutes away. Lots of hot water, and big fridge, which is always a good thing. Did I mention, so peaceful ! Efi, our host was so lovely and accommodating, picking us up from the port and giving us good advice. (Favourite place to eat - Plaza Louki) ! We will definately be back.

This is a fantastic location, far from crowded and noisy areas, but close to the beach and other nearby interesting places. Our suite was very spacious. It has a large kitchen equipped with everything you might need, where you could have breakfast or lunch. It also has a large garden with trees from which you can grab and eat fruit at your will. It was a great place to stay with my family, from which we could easily visit the best beaches in Skopelos. We also enjoyed the evenings, listening to the night birds singing in the nearby forest.

Clean, spacious apartment for 2 people on the middle floor (there is also a bed for at least one more person in the kitchen and dinning area), with a balcony where you can comfortably sit around the coffee table and enjoy a (partially obstructed) view of the Neo Klima harbor and the sunset. Basic cleaning, fresh towels and linen available every few days. The host was very welcoming, readily available and communicative. The town beach is 2-3 minutes downhill, and the very special Hovolo beach 15 minutes away on foot. Two minimarts and a very nice bakery are within 1-2 minutes. Since the town is not touristy, street parking was readily available in the area in late July. Having a car is a good idea, because the town is placed so you can go basically anywhere on the island in no more than 20-30 minutes.
