Beautiful view in a lovely peaceful location and spotlessly clean accommodation. Beach was perfect with flat sea like a lake. Sun loungers with parasols were also free to use. The seafood restaurant was delicious and we hired a car that was great for visiting some of the other beaches 20 minutes away. Would definitely recommend a visit.

One of the best hotels we ever visited. Fallin in love with the beautiful architecture of the hotel, with the sweetest crew, which makes all your wishes come true. The beautiful location in the middle of old olive trees, very grounded, ecological, working with local materials and perfection in every small detail. All this small meaningful details, you will be pampered all day. The most special breakfast and the amazing chef, preparing with tradition and local ingredients. And we met the owner couple, so sweet, passionate and lovely. We’ll be back and we are in love with this place. Was never easier to give a full 10 🫶

The service is awesome! Two hotels in one - we loved dinner and breakfast in the restaurant for free, which hotel provides for its guests. Also the room was comfy and roomy. The food in the canteen is just great. Such a big variety of dishes and cuisine. My husband, son and I can totally put 10 out of 10 for all the facilities and service we’ve got. By the way, we rented a car and I need to highlight, the beach at the hotel was the most convenient and calm. It’s a paradise place. Highly recommended ✔️❤️🫶🏻

The apartment was perfect for a relaxing stay! It has everything that you need, perfect location, equipment for cooking is not huge but enough for making quick meals. The price was great. I would come back and can only recommend going there if you’re looking for a calm spot.

Great friendly little area, 2 small hotels & a few villas/apartments. Very popular with our German friends, who I think, like to keep it a secret! A few local tavernas & coffee shop within walking distance. Smooth stony beaches with lovely clear waters, some secluded. The minor road along the coast doesn’t have a pavement but is fairly narrow & quiet, need a torch at night!

We wanted somewhere quiet away from mass tourism and Boukari in May was quiet. The sea is lovely but access is over narrow shingle beaches ( beach shoes advised ) set below a minor road which does have a certain amount of traffic. There were three restaurants open, one of which specialised in fish and was excellent and a really friendly bar open all day, serving delicious coffee, breakfast and snacks. If you don't want to hire a car, you are a bit stuck in Boukari as public transport is virtually non existent and it is a EU60 taxi ride to the airport or Corfu town. However there is a travel company in Boukari offering a variety of organised trips by sea and land to other parts of the island, to mainland Greece and to Albania, Paxos and Antipaxos.

Boukari ist really beautiful and for a few days there are many things to do. But it does come to a point where you want more civilisation back. So we stayed 3 days and enjoyed every of them and could have stayed 1-2 days longer without any problems

A lovely fishing village on the Ionion Sea with an impressive choice of restaurants, all with sea views - some on the shoreside itself. Narrow roads but plenty of parking in the village centre. The beaches on this side of the island are not as impressive as those on the west (Aegean Sea), but they are absolutely fine for simple bathing and safe for families with young children. The Boukari Beach Seafood Taverna and the Kalami Beach Taverna are both worthy of praise for their food and friendly welcome. A great spot for two or three nights at either end of your holiday in Corfu.

The village of Boukari is about 40 minutes drive south of...

The village of Boukari is about 40 minutes drive south of the town of Corfu. It is a quiet and still authentic place on the southeast coast that has not been invaded by tourists (yet and particularly in April). There are few hotels and a few restaurants directly on the water. I particularly recommend the Kalami Beach and the Boukari Beach Fish Taverna. Don't hesitate to rent a car to get away from it all during your stay but this base camp is ideal.

Quiet, friendly, beautiful place, where you can also see the sunset and the sunrise. Akriogiali is a family restaurant, where is the best fish in Europe. I liked the narrow winding road, near to the sea, and leanders and olive trees.

I liked the atmosphere. It's a family business and I met all generations there, from grandfather to grandson. Everyone is friendly, no matter what your problem is. You find everything in one place, from the pool to the restaurantand a general store. We like sandy beaches. So, we rented a car from Gand Car and drove across the island every day to the famous beaches located on the east side of Corfu. I must say that we paid 60€/day for the car and 20€ for petrol using the car for four days. It was very convenient for us.

Me and my girlfriend loved the hotel. The roams are very good, the food in the tavern - the dinner was free and very very delicious. The location is good - romantic views and it is good for relax and for couples. The friendly attitude - Kostas and his family were very kind. When we needed transfers, when we had questions or anything else they were assisting us. Everything was in order! We had very good holiday and we recommend this hotel and the Tavern!

Nice clean apartments, beautifull garden, with a lovely view. We spent most of our time in the pattio that our hosts let us use during our stay there. Short although very steep walk to the beach and nearby restaurants/bars keept us busy trough the days and evenings. It was a great Corfu expirience for us Thank you Andreas and Lidia for having us!

Nice location, calm and quiet. Surrounding nature is beautiful. Small beaches nearby are not crowded, but if you like big sandy beaches, there are several of them not far from Boukari (15-20 minutes drive). All in all, good starting point for exploring the island.
