This Hotel was an Oasis of calm and the client service beyound our expectations. We lost our flight and our overall mood was not the best, but Lena and the staff made us feel welcomed way before our stay begun. They assisted us with car rental, They gave us a free upgrade for the room ( we had a seaside view and a lovely terrace). The lunch was delicious and the pool clean and available till late night.The sea in front of the Hotel is clean, with free sun lounges. Many thanks, we’ll be back

We loved our stay at the Plakias Bay Hotel and can highly recommend it. We were travelling with our 3 year old child and it was the perfect location for a relaxing stay. Our room was newly renovated and had everything we needed. The renovations look really tasty and are well thought out.The food at the restaurant is delicious, the breakfast buffet was great and the view from the terrace is beautiful. There is a small playground area right next to the terrace - which is great for families. All in all it's a great hotel for young families but I would recommend it to everybody who is looking for something unique away from mass tourism. The location right next to the beach and in walking distance to the restaurants of Plakias is also perfect.

This hotel is a gem. The location perfect to explore the area and the beaches around. The staff all over the hotel was so friendly and polite and makes you feel like home. The room was spotless with very nice view to the beach and the pool of the hotel. The breakfast and last i ate was exceptional, huge variety with well cooked food.

We only stayed here for a day as we had to check out of our villa early in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that we could check-in at 10am which was earlier than most hotels. It was cheap and worth the money we paid. The bedroom and bathroom were very basic, but clean, and the shower worked well. The location is excellent and is just steps from the beach and restaurants.

    The villa is well placed and suitable for up to 4 people. The local cafes and tavernas provide great food and drink at reasonable prices. The beach is lovely and less crowded than the naturist beach which looked very busy. We used Damnoni water sports for paddleboarding and kayak and they were excellent

    Modern and clean house, very good quality beds, the friendly and helpful host mr. Andreas. The very quiet and perfect location with on walking distance the sandy beach. Near the beach three tavernas with traditional Greek food. Nearby is Plakias; there are some supermarkets, two pharmacies and more taverns and restaurants.

    The Villa, which is set in its own grounds, exceeded nearly all of our requirements. From the moment the wonderful Stelios let us in we had the best of times. Each and every morning Stelios delivered breakfast (fresh bread, fruit, jam, butter, honey, Greek yoghurt, har boiled eggs, fruit juice..). We alternated between the pool and the beach. Initially we used the beach in Plakias but later switched to the nearest beach (800m) in Damnoni. There is a good choice of eateries in Plakias with Stelios’s brother running the closest beach bar.

    Everything is just perfect, really spacious and clean room, great terrace and view, very close to three amazing beaches and restaurants, good supermarket 30 meters from the hotel, hicking track that leads to Kalipso beach. The room has everything you may need for along stay, complete kitchen facilities, not to mention the price or the host's, Andreas, hospitality. Look no further, this is the place to stay in Damnoni.

    Basic, clean, if somewhat dated hotel. The staff were friendly. The food options were very limited but tasty. If you like SCUBA there’s a dive centre adjacent to the hotel. The beach was a five minute walk. Quite a few different beach options within walking distance.
