The hotel is run by very kind staff. The owner is a very nice lady who is always available and with a personal attitude to the guests. The breakfast is very delicious with home made jams by the owner and local food. The room is big enough and cleaned every day. The pool is a good asset and it is quiet during the day and night. The village Afytos is wonderful with very nice restaurants and local shops and boutiques. The beach is at a walking distance with stairs and around 10 minutes walk. Reachable by car too. Definitely I reccomend the Stratos Hotel.

The owner, Elvis, was a truly wonderful guy who gave us a warm welcome and plenty of great advice. The hotel sits right on the beach, and with a short uphill walk, you’ll find yourself in the charming village of Afytos—while enjoying much more peace and quiet down by the shore. Guests at the hotel can use the beach bar’s excellent sun loungers free of charge. The hotel’s restaurant is great, offering a creative twist on traditional Greek dishes. The wine list is excellent and well-priced (thanks, ChatGPT). The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very nice and spacious, with a lovely terrace. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of meats, salads, sweets, and more. The beach was just 10 meters in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We have nothing but praise for everyone, from the receptionist to the girls and boys at the beach bar, the kitchen staff, and the lifeguard, Asteris, who was amazing! We’ll definitely be coming back next year!

Clean vast apartment. Extremely cpmfortable mattress and pillow. Luxury bathroom. Easy to park - not in the center, located on a main street but still only few min walking to the center and quite! Magnificent flowers in the yard! Attention to the details (nice pictures and decoration in the hotel). Nice view from the balcony. And the most important - very friendly host.

    You definitely need a car to get from Elani to supermarkets, cafes and shops, were you can find all you need and more :) Pine forest with wonderful smell and its own unique noise... Not very crowded beach with crystal clean and warm water in Elani, Golden Beach Kassandra is the best beach we have visited. Very quite place were you can connect with pure nature. High class restaurant Metoxi surprised us (make sure you make reservation) - located on the road between Elani and Golden Beach.
