Great location by the water/port away from the busiest part of the city. The rooms are modern and very nicely furnished, spotless clean. Beds are very comfortable. The nice addition of a jacuzzi made the afternoon very pleasant and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and extremely service minded. Fantastic breakfast that you can enjoy outside the hotel or at the rooftop area. Parking is easy as you can park for free at the port just 100 meters away. Bonus tip: the equally fantastic restaurant Piato is just 30 meters from the hotel. Book both for an unforgettable combination.

A perfect place! The service was truly exceptional – especially thanks to Louise, Angela, and Despina at the reception, along with Danny the manager. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, taking care of every little detail to ensure our stay was absolutely perfect. The place itself is truly special – peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by breathtaking views in every direction. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained, from the rooms to the shared areas. There was a warm, personal, and family-like atmosphere, and every request was met quickly and with a smile. Our recent stay at the InterContinental Crete was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a stunning sea view room, which set the tone for a truly memorable getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The hotel itself is modern, luxurious, and recently built, with elegant design touches that create a serene and upscale atmosphere. Everything from the lobby to the rooms exudes comfort and sophistication. We were especially impressed by the abundant and delicious breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. One of the highlights of our stay was relaxing on the sunbeds by the infinity pools on the 5th and 9th floors. The pools offer breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea and a calm, peaceful ambiance that's ideal for unwinding. To top it all off, the hotel kindly accommodated our request for a late checkout, allowing us to enjoy just a bit more time in this beautiful setting. It was a really calm and wonderful experience from all aspects, starting with the hotel. I booked a suite with a private pool facing the sea. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast terrace!! Very hospital greeting at reception, girls will show your room. But in fact it is strictly necessary, otherwise no chance to find it in these labyrinths :D Very pleasant stay, tasty breakfasts, deep pool, and a parking at the top of the hill. In this microscopic city it is a big benefit if you drive to a hotel.
