Everything! The property is amazing: beautifully designed and executed in a stunning setting. Our room with a private pool was excellent. The hosts, Olivier and Giannis, were fantastic - and having breakfast and the optional dinner done by Giannis felt like having a private chef! Both Olivier and Giannis were always ready with local knowledge to help us during our stay. 10 out of 10.

Excellent view, similar to Antonis luxury hotel Oia, although my room has some light and water heat problem, after the manager assist us, problem solve. Over all, a very nice stay experience and and beautiful view, we recommend to stay this hotel. The staff was very helpful especially Mr. Chris, very nice service and doing his job well.

This is perfect place for a calm vacation. We were living in the Hilltop with a stunning view of the garden and on the other side of the hilltop we could see the beautiful sea. Workers are very friendly in the hotel. And the breakfast was very tasty. Also we odered massage and spa and we liked it very much. It was fantastic vacation. We would like to come again.

The appartment was super clean (thnx to Tatiana 💙💛). They cleaned the rooms daily, they changed the bedsheets and towels. The staff ( the receptionist was very lovely and helped us book a taxi for the airport) were super friendly and helpful. There is also a pool that is open from 8 am to 8 pm). There is a bar downstairs in case you want to have breakfast or to simply have a coffee in the morning. The view is breathtaking. The location was great (5 min from the beach by walking). The bus station that goes to heraklion is also infront of the structure. Everything was great. I higly recommend!!!

We were arriving at 1am and needed a place to stay for the night, so we rented at Eva Mare advance. When booking I prioritised proximity to the airport (20 minutes) and price. We were surprised with the quality of the hotel room. It was up to our standard, even though I had prioritised prices very much. Ok the morning we had a spectacular breakfast. Very healthy and eggs thine in front of us. We would definitely have stayed longer, but we were on a tight schedule.

Everything was over our expectations. Starting with the staff, ending with the clean facilities. Mrs. Daniela( front desk) is so kind and helpful. The food was very well done, delicious, numerous dishes. The restaurant and the bar staff were also very kind to us and they managed to make us the best vacation. Many thanks!!!!! The apartment was fantastic! Small but very cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was easily reachable by phone and incredibly friendly — such a pleasure to deal with. The location was ideal: super peaceful and less than a 5-minute walk from the beach. Parking was also a breeze, with plenty of space just a 3-minute walk away. We’d absolutely recommend it, and we’re already planning to come back ourselves.

    The apartment is fabulous, clean, and right on the best part of the beach, close to a quiet taverna and free sun loungers and umbrellas. From the rooms, you can watch the sun set directly over the sea. It's an ideal place for a relaxing holiday, yet strategically located for exploring Crete. Two other tavernas are within 100 meters, and more can be found in the village of Fodele, just 3 km away. Special thanks to Penelope, who welcomed us with kindness, generosity, and discretion. 10!

    Hôtel is amazing specially if you are staying in the sea view family room. Right on the beach and a nice pool (never too crowded) just in front. Food was amazing, a big variety and the entertainment in the evening was better then expected!!! There were always sun beds available, even if you arrive later. We loved every moment of our holiday! Strongly recommend this hotel for families!

    There is everything you need in the apartment. I really liked the big bed most times I don't sleep good in the hotel bed but this one was very comfortable and big. It's has a nice rooftop with table chairs and sunbed. For me it was perfect to do some sport excersices up there. Would definitely book it again. Thank you for making my stay at Fodele beach so comfortable.!

    Amazing hotel, on a lovely beach, crystal clear waters, calm and shallow, great for all.ages. Always beds available. Great water park, little train to take you up the steep hill. Food was excellent quality and variety, rooms were a good size. Entire place was immaculate.
