I had an amazing experience at this hotel. I had not the most pleasant situation during the stay and the administration was very sorry and upgraded me to a new room with the great sea view. What I also liked, is that water was brought to the room everyday. And the coffee quality is very good. I'll defo recommend this hotel

We enjoyed our staying in the hotel so much, everything matches the pictures on booking, the rooms are very stylish and comfortable, the hotel staff is incredibly friendly and kind, I would especially like to highlight the manager Kleida, she does her job perfectly, she is very nice, kind and always ready to help, I would also like to highlight the work of the kitchen, the food is always very tasty and varied, if you want any drinks, the waiters will bring them right away. Also, during the day by the pool you can order drinks and food, which is very convenient, the choice of dishes is large and everything is very tasty! Also there is an opportunity to take yoga classes, relax with a massage and enjoy music evenings!

The rooms were exceptional, very spacious. We stayed here to play golf and it was a good course. We enjoyed the restaurant, pool and gym. You do need a car to get to see other things aside from golf.

Everything. This hotel gives such a chill vibe that sets you off on a relaxing mode. The location gives you serenity especially with the earth tones.My only regret is that I only booked it for two nights . The staff are so friendly and ready to help. This is a very beautiful place.

Elea Suites & Residences is in a beautiful location surrounded by scenic olive trees and is run by a beautiful family who attend to your every need. It is a very peaceful place with an authentic atmosphere and is only a five-minute walk away from the beach and other facilities such as restaurants and small supermarkets. Amazing place! For those who want to relax and hear nothing except the see breeze:) Everything is brand new and fresh, nicely maintained. Pools are very clean , rooms are comfortable and new. I really appreciate the staff who organized our early check in smoothly, as the alternative room was available, so we could have a proper rest. From the very beginning reception staff did all the best to provide us everything we needed. Breakfasts were nice, a lot of options. We are vegetarians, still could find a lot. Dinner menu was okay for the money we paid. I certainly do recommend the place , the beach area is comfortable, the pool area was always quiet and relaxing. Even though the hotel was almost full, you couldn’t say it was crowded or noisy. People were just relaxing peacefully without loud music or nonsense activities. Felt like a real luxury resort. I give the place 10/10!

    There are some lovely tavernas along the sea front, great beaches. We visited the aquarium which is said to be one of the best in Europe and made a lovely day trip with the children. Easy access to neighbouring area.

    Gournes is not big .

    Gournes is not big . Shops , tarvernas , fuel stations all close to hand and short walking distance to beach with lots more tavernas. Waterpark and Dinosaurs Park and Aquarium are all close by . Enjoyed by our grandchildren. Family orientated. Would recommend this to all potential hirers. Minutes from Heraklion airport .
