A little paradise right on the beach of Kalyves Polygyrou – that’s the best way to describe our stay at Voutia. The location is simply unbeatable: just a few steps separate you from golden sand and the gentle sound of the sea. The moment you open the door, you can practically walk straight into the water – a feeling of freedom and lightness you won’t forget anytime soon. The apartments themselves are another highlight. Tastefully designed, modernly equipped, and yet with a warm Mediterranean atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. Everything you need for daily life is there – along with those little extras that make all the difference. A true gem is the terrace. The view of the water almost reminds you of the Caribbean – turquoise, wide and endless. Enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine here is an experience in itself. We spent countless hours on the terrace, often just marveling at the beauty of this place. The surroundings are just as perfect: restaurants with authentic cuisine, small grocery stores and bakeries for everyday needs are all within easy reach. If you love good food or just want to grab something spontaneously, this is the place to be. Another reason our stay felt so special were the hosts. So welcoming, helpful, and always available – you feel at home from the very first moment. There are times when you can tell that people do their work with genuine passion – and this was clearly the case here. We stayed with our little son, and he felt comfortable right away. For children it’s almost like a tiny leisure paradise – playing on the terrace, building sandcastles, or simply discovering the world by the sea. For us as parents, it was pure relaxation to see him enjoying his time so wholeheartedly. All in all, Voutia is a place I can wholeheartedly recommend – whether for families who want to spend valuable time together, or couples looking for peace, closeness to the sea, and a touch of romance.

The host ( Kostas)was really friendly and always there for us. The place was clean and had everything — even bottles of mineral water. The beach was one of the best in the village and just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. We definitely recommend it. If we decide to come again, we’ll stay here for sure. Great for couples and families with small children. .

Clean, pleasant, with a parking space. 10 steps from the beach. It has everything you need for a stay. All appliances work. There is also a frappe machine. The terrace is wonderful, with a view of the sea. Very kind host. He welcomed us with cold drinks. The beach is quiet and peaceful, with few visitors. The water is clean, without animals. The place is wonderful for a peaceful holiday.

Great new appartement. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice bathroom. Very beautiful indoor decoration!! Nicely done. Communication with the host was also excellent. At last nice location to explore the first peninsula of chalkidiki.

    Kalives Beach is a nice and calm village with 3 supermarkets and 2 restaurants and few taverns and cafe bars. It is appropriate for seniors with children. There are Nice houses, villas and olive gardens. The public beach is excellent, with showers and fitting cabins, nice sand and calm waters.

    Up and coming beach resort. A lot of construction going on. There are three very good supermarkets along the main road and an excellent fish tavern, Mikiverna, on the beach, but there are hardly any cafes and bars. The beach is long and sandy with a bit of gravel and the water is very clean. Not crowded and very good for people who like peace and quiet on the beach.

    I recommend it for whoever does not want a lot of things...

    I recommend it for whoever does not want a lot of things going on, but rather looks for quiet evenings and mornings and a relaxing time. We went to the beach in front of the street we we accommodated on and it was nice and not crowded - for the first time we stayed long in the shade and read a lot, enjoying the fresh breeze from the sea. We also ate very very well at a local tavern, Ouzo Sarantis.

    A nice little village at the seaside, with nice litlle duplex-houses and small yards in front, some bigger houses with nice, big olive orchardsy, lovely surroundigs. A few local tavernas and some grocery and food shops, a coffe shop at the seaside. Nice beach partially shadowed by pine trees, clean sand and water. We really liked the small seaside village :)
