My husband and I were blown away by the attentiveness of the staff. Maria at the front desk and Athinos were incredibly helpful and always checking to see if we had everything we needed and more. Breakfast each morning was a blessing, and super healthy. The breakfast changed every morning which kept things very interesting. The location was very close to Fira about a 10-15 minute walk and about a 45 minute walk down to the Old port of Fira for our boat cruise. Excellent location. The bus station is just a five minute walk from the accomodation at Karterados Bus station. Very easy to get to. Buses took only cash of about 2-2.5 euros per bus trip. There is a small minimart full of little snacks and water bottles for your holiday just around the corner of the hotel (on the way to the bus station). I will say don't drink the water on Santorini. Only drink bottled water. Thank you Maria, Athinos and the other staff for making our holiday just magical.

Lovely accommodations! Neat and clean with lovely breakfast options. The room was a good size and I appreciated the tea/coffee offerings in the room. The staff were extremely nice and very accommodating. My only warning is that the walk from the bus stop is closer to 20 minutes than what is suggested but other than that I would fully recommend this hotel as being good value for money.

George and the housekeeping staff were all fantastic in helping to make our stay stress free and memorable. The villas were spacious and had their own private pool and hot tub on the roof. Short 10/15 minute walk to Fira.

Wisteria was an amazing experience. I highly recommend it, especially for people who want to explore more than just Oia and Fira. Very spacious apartment, clean and excellent condition. The location was also good but we rented a quad and that helped us explore almost the whole island. I wish i could stay for longer. Yiannis was an amazing, polite and very helpful host. Provided everything we needed. Will definitely come again. 10/10

The hotel and the room were first class clean, fully matching the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the nights were quiet. The staff was very friendly and they helped with everything. The pool was refreshing and pleasant. The location was wonderfully peaceful and a bit remote. There are two smaller markets around the corner, a super market at the end of the street and the center of Fira is 20 minutes walk away. I recommend wholeheartedly.

    A village with bakery, gyros place, souvenir shop & good sized mini market. Walkable to Fura though a noisy main road. Buses good too but more value for money the further you are going. Taxis quite expensive so we walked a lot.

    Not much happening in Karterados and Fira is bloody...

    Not much happening in Karterados and Fira is bloody expensive. I would however recommend moving on to other nicer islands such as Milos, Ios, Naxos and particularly Paros. Santorini is a bit shit, the steps from the old port are literally covered in Donkey shit, it's disgusting

    Only thing I'd change is renting an ATV/scooter/car right from the get-go. Buses in Santorini are not that reliable and do not seem to go according to the schedule printed in the main station (only the airport one departed as scheduled from what I could see). That being said, it's not a terribly long walk, but after a full day walking and sweating under the sun, who wants to wait for a bus or walk for 30 minutes? In any case, it was close enough and the city itself seemed lovely and relatively quiet... although I did stay in the outskirts.

    This was our second time staying in the village.

    This was our second time staying in the village. Very convenient for getting around not too far to walk to Fira. We don’t like crows so prefer to stay outside of the main tourist areas this is just far enough away from the capital. Plenty of places to eat in the village a few shops and bus stop just at the top of the main road.

    Lots of places to eat, decent little supermarket 'Masoutis', the bus stop went to quite a few places (including the airport) and was only 15/20 min walk to Fira Town. On one side great ocean views.

    Fairly quiet and laid back village within around 20 minutes walk of Fira. Bus took around 10 minutes into Fira cost was 4 euros. Lots of lovely places to eat in the village, we preferred this to going into Fira as it was so bust there.

    I recently stayed at this hotel and had a delightful experience. The location is quite convenient from Santorini Airport and Fira bus station. From Airport the Taxi takes 8 minute ride. Towards Fira bus stop you can either enjoy a pleasant 17-minute walk or opt for a quick 4-minute bus ride to reach Fira Bus stop. The management is quite helpful and assisted us in late check in. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, clean rooms, and outstanding service.

    Eleni and her family are lovely, this family run hotel really make you feel at home, there is no way to express how attentive they were to us, helped us understand the best spots on the island, and even has all the contacts for transportation, motorcycle rentals and day cruises.... If we come back to Santorini we will stay here again.

    The hotel is good value for money. Hosts were very helpful. We were not able to find the location initially but Artemis came to pick us by himself. He even arranged food and cab for us. Would definitely stay again if we are going back to Santorini
