Best hotel I've been to. 5 star employees. I don't think I've ever been treated so well as at the Nema Hotel. The facilities, the food, the location are excellent. And again, the employees are always willing to help and go beyond expectations. When I return to Crete I will stay at Nema 100% I was sorry to leave. It was a fantastic week

Excellent rooms and service especially. new modern design and luxurious interior. Loved the pool are as well. Even has a spa area with saunas downstairs (included in the price) Staff was super friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant with good breakfast. Great coffee as well. it was a wonderful end to our trip to Crete.

This Suite one of the best that I ever see in Creta . The area that we was leaving very clean , everything on line , private pool , also have a big one pool in area . The food for breakfast all the time come in time and fresh . If you come you will enjoy 100% the place and your privacy. Also the owner very nice and good people . You need to come here and annoy this place . So it 10/10 . For sure will come back again .

From the day we arrive, till the day we left. everything i asked for was met. fruits and wines for complimentary. kudos to the owner. our room has a really nice view of the beach and the pool at the back. Really good food. kitchen is provided with all the tools u will need to cook. and if ur not the type of person to cook. there is a really nice restaurant beside it. Treff Restaurant. The owner Maria was really nice. i advance to get the seafood platter and their veal chop!!

The hotel was simply a 12 out of 10!! A free shuttle picked us up at the airport. We already felt incredibly comfortable at check-in. The hotel complex looks exactly like the photos. The Mediterranean style gives it a special flair. All meals, from breakfast to dinner, are of very high quality and taste great! Everything is very clean and stylishly furnished :) To summarise: everything was awesome! BUT I would like to emphasise the employees. What makes the hotel unique is its staff: reception, bar, waiters, cleaning team. You were always very helpful, incredibly friendly as well as understanding, and very, very competent! Thank you very much! You are incredible! You make us want to come back soon! See you next year :)

Very cool hotel and truly a different experience compared to any other hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff were very nice and friendly and they made us feel as being part of a community not just guests. The rooms were spacious and clean and we really enjoyed the pool view from our balcony, the poolside DJ and the evening entertainment (live band, violin and saxophone players). Overall, I think they have a cool hotel concept and we’re planning on visiting again in the future.

Vasia Boulevard was an exceptional choice to revisit this part of Crete after 15 years. We were received in the most beautiful way possible with a glass of prosecco and with very good news from the hotel manager that he upgraded our room. We received a room with a sea view at the 4th floor with a stunning view. Seeing the sunrise and sunset from the room's terrace was amazing. The room was very well sized for the needs of 2 people, immaculately clean. Our stay at Vasia Boulevard started with a bottle of prosecco and a fruit platter and ended with chocolate candies and a lovely message from the housekeeper. Much appreciated gestures that made us feel welcome. Breakfast was exactly what was needed to start the day and dinner was a la carte with a good choice of plates. Hersonissos is a vibrant city with many young tourists and the location of the hotel gives you the opportunity to feel this. Many thanks to the hotel manager and the staff who helped us spend a beautiful vacation in Crete. We will definitely come back.

    It was about a ten minutes walk uphill part way to Koutouloufari, loads of restaurants and bars, a fabulous experience. Walk a little further and you come to Piscopiano, also excellent. Walk down the hill and you come to restaurants with Greek dancing and plate smashing, also excellent.

    As it’s built into the mountains, reasonable mobility is desirable, however it is disable friendly and the taxis are cheap, On site there are lots of steps and inclines to the facilities, as well as lifts, but I’m sure a persons needs could be accommodated to all the pools and restaurants. I’m 71 and managed to walk into town/star beach ok, enjoyed the exercise tbh! Overall the hotel is brilliant for families with children of all ages. I would go back for sure! The town is superb, so much choice for eating/drinking out, shopping good, usual touristy stuff! People are friendly and very helpful.

    Very nice Old Hersonissos. Many good restaurants and bars. Who likes more "turistic" area the new part of Hersonissos on the coast with lots of bars, restaurants, clubs and shopping street is very close.

    The town has a lot to offer great food, bars, clubs.

    The town has a lot to offer great food, bars, clubs. At night the town comes alive with lots to do and see. The cost of taxi rides are all the same and we stayed just outside at the Arminda hotel and spa (which was amazingly good). It's a great location to explore the island as the main road is a couple of miles away and this connects the island East to West. It was such a lovely place that I will probably go back sometime in the future.

    Amazing Resort and extensive facilities on site. Staff are amazing. Also one of the best mani/pedi I ever had at the salon. Resort is about 30 minutes from airport, and would say for a 5* Europe resort, this lives up to expectation, but don't compare to a 5* Caribbean or Mexico Resort, so bear that in mind. We stayed at the Ocean view room which had spectacular views. The Rocky beach was just fantastic with the lounges and beds, and considering how busy this resort is, never noticed it and never felt overcrowded, and you never had to reserve benches or lounges by the beach or pool, there was more than enough to go round and even more spare. A la Carte restaurants that were amazing and my favourites are Umi (Sushi), Azzuro (Italian), Thalassa for breakfast & lunch, Poseidon. A real let down of the restaurants was Nami, only delicious items were the Starters. Staff at this resort were fantastic overall, but special thanks to the following: Anastasi, Konstantina, Angelina, Ritsa and Lucas.

    Hersonissos is lively to many restaurants and bars. Having a car is an advantage as the best beaches and many restaurants recommended to us were not within walking distance. Best nearby restaurants were Areston and Avli. Skipper is reaonable on the restaurant strip. A bus service is available but we did not use it. Lots to do in Heraklion which can be reached by bus or car. We went to Agios Nikolaos and to Elounda. Good walks in both directions from the flat

    The location and clean room. Supermarket, boulevard, restaurants, beach, bus, all nearby. The room is nice, no noise from the street. There is a good size refrigerator, watercooker, tosti maker, hot water. The balcony is nice, i saw the sea in distance and took my breakfast in the sun. Maria gave all information on time and is so friendly! I love to come back again next time on Crete. There is also a washing machine and dryer available for a few euros and some times you can take which people left behind for others to use.

    EVERYTHING WAS WELL ORGANIZED. VILLA KALLIOPI WAS JUST DELIGHTFUL. SITTING BY THE POOL AND ADMIRING THE WONDERFUL ATMOSPHERE AND THE SUMMER LANDSCAPE LIVING AT YOUR FEET. IT WAS WONDERFUL. THE VILLA NOT ONLY MADE UP TO OUR EXPECTATIONS BUT IT WAS SOMETHING BEYOND LUXURY. THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO THE HOST AND IT MEANS OF COURSE THAT WE WILL BOOK AGAIN TO STAY IN THESE VILLAS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. VILLA KALLIOPI WAS THE BEST CHOICE WE MADE IN ORDER TO STAY IN CRETE.

The breakfast basket delivered every morning was great, and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Perfect location to walk to restaurants / bars.     We really enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere at the resort. Nice cottages, pool areas and restaurants. The cottage we rented was very comfortable and fully kitted. As golfers we also appreciated the short distance to the Crete Golf Course.
