The views were spectacular from both of our rooms. The breakfast was incredible and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Veronique helped us make dinner plans and helped with any other needs we had. It is a very wonderful place that helps to make your stay perfect.

We LOVED everything. The atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful, the room was fantastic as well. And the staff went above and beyond to help us with anything we asked for. Absolutely everything was perfect. Buffet breakfast had so many choices, and the food is so fresh. We had dinner every night at the BLV Restaurant because the food was so delicious. All the staff at Vasia Boulevard are so polite and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and has the most stunning view of the beach. The location is good, close to all shops and restaurants.

    It was about a ten minutes walk uphill part way to Koutouloufari, loads of restaurants and bars, a fabulous experience. Walk a little further and you come to Piscopiano, also excellent. Walk down the hill and you come to restaurants with Greek dancing and plate smashing, also excellent.

    As it’s built into the mountains, reasonable mobility is desirable, however it is disable friendly and the taxis are cheap, On site there are lots of steps and inclines to the facilities, as well as lifts, but I’m sure a persons needs could be accommodated to all the pools and restaurants. I’m 71 and managed to walk into town/star beach ok, enjoyed the exercise tbh! Overall the hotel is brilliant for families with children of all ages. I would go back for sure! The town is superb, so much choice for eating/drinking out, shopping good, usual touristy stuff! People are friendly and very helpful.

    Very nice Old Hersonissos. Many good restaurants and bars. Who likes more "turistic" area the new part of Hersonissos on the coast with lots of bars, restaurants, clubs and shopping street is very close.

    The town has a lot to offer great food, bars, clubs.

    The town has a lot to offer great food, bars, clubs. At night the town comes alive with lots to do and see. The cost of taxi rides are all the same and we stayed just outside at the Arminda hotel and spa (which was amazingly good). It's a great location to explore the island as the main road is a couple of miles away and this connects the island East to West. It was such a lovely place that I will probably go back sometime in the future.

    Amazing Resort and extensive facilities on site. Staff are amazing. Also one of the best mani/pedi I ever had at the salon. Resort is about 30 minutes from airport, and would say for a 5* Europe resort, this lives up to expectation, but don't compare to a 5* Caribbean or Mexico Resort, so bear that in mind. We stayed at the Ocean view room which had spectacular views. The Rocky beach was just fantastic with the lounges and beds, and considering how busy this resort is, never noticed it and never felt overcrowded, and you never had to reserve benches or lounges by the beach or pool, there was more than enough to go round and even more spare. A la Carte restaurants that were amazing and my favourites are Umi (Sushi), Azzuro (Italian), Thalassa for breakfast & lunch, Poseidon. A real let down of the restaurants was Nami, only delicious items were the Starters. Staff at this resort were fantastic overall, but special thanks to the following: Anastasi, Konstantina, Angelina, Ritsa and Lucas.

    Hersonissos is lively to many restaurants and bars. Having a car is an advantage as the best beaches and many restaurants recommended to us were not within walking distance. Best nearby restaurants were Areston and Avli. Skipper is reaonable on the restaurant strip. A bus service is available but we did not use it. Lots to do in Heraklion which can be reached by bus or car. We went to Agios Nikolaos and to Elounda. Good walks in both directions from the flat

    The location of the hotel is great! The staff is amazing and attentive to our needs. The breakfast is great! You sit on the beach, meters from the sea and start the morning with an amazing meal! The service and the hotel are amazing, I recommend it to everyone! I will definitely return to it on my next vacation in Crete.

    We got a very warm greeting. The staff helped as in any case with kindness. The place is very clean . In addition, they have an outstanding restaurant which called Rodies.     Excellent value for money. The rooms are very spatious (bigger than most of the similar level hotels in Crete) and very clean. The bedsheets and towels were also top clean which matters a lot. The owner is a super nice person and made our stay more enjoyable. He kindly acomodated our requests.
