The house is beautiful: a lovingly restored medieval house in the cutest village with a spectacular view from both the room and the pool. The property was right on a marked walking trail that wended its way through cute villages, olive groves and ended at a stunning monastery. Maria, our incredible host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She introduced us to the local restaurant eyes and gave us so many hints and tips on what to do, where to go and even which delicacies to buy in the local patisserie. Incredible boutique wines, organic breakfast and a rare part of the Greek Islands away from the tourists.

The stay was great. I travelled to Andros for work, but the stay at the hotel was extremely relaxing and comforting, thanks to the excellent staff support and help. I will definitely come back there one day, just for the holidays. Location is perfect. It is not in the centre of the city, but you can get to the old town within a 5-minute walk. It is quiet, and breakfast is diverse. I strongly recommend!

Beautiful art deco hotel with newly and tastefully furnished/decorated rooms in white. Nice balcony with furniture. There is plenty of hot water and toiletries in the bathroom, a fridge and kettle with cups, saucers and wine glasses. Exceptional pool area with an abundance of sunbeds, uv parasols, grass, and dappled shade under the trees. Huge pool. There is almost certainly a serviced bar in the pool area in high season, but it was very quiet in the hotel in early June. 10-15 minute walk into the main part of Chora for bars and restaurants and it's a €45-50 taxi from Gavrio port. Very friendly and helpful receptionist who booked restaurant and taxi for us as well as giving good recommendations during our stay.
