I loved how accommodating the staff and management were. The rooms were clean, food was great and they really took care of us a group. Excellent customer service. Facilities were great too and easily accessible for taxis and the view from our room was amazing.

This apartement is well equiped and the free navette services proposed to the airport and to a restaurant are really very convenient. The staff is fantastic and extremely helpful. They also proposed a free deliver of meals that we have used for the breakfast. The restaurant for wich we had a free transfer is excellent with a big choice of delicious traditional Greek dishes and just in front of a beautiful beach. We had 2 very relaxing days in this apartment.

The heating pad on the bed was a nice touch, essential for the cool evenings. Having the kitchenette was a bonus; we were able to heat up our own food. The gardens are well kept and nice to spend time in, soaking up the last of the Greek sun. The driver was on time and we had plenty of time to check in for our flight.

    Very quiet place to rest after your cruise! Even the taxi drivers were having difficulty finding the hotel. Unfortunately we won't be visiting again ! Absolutely would not recommend it if you want a fun packed holiday with great quality food and drink !

    Lovely hotel and very clean. Breakfast very good. The pool area and gardens were lovely. The only downside was there were a few people / families around the pool that were not guests taking up sun beds. Overall excellent hotel with a few restaurants within easy walk.

    Very small town but good selection of bars, restaurants and hotels. Always the sound of the sea gently lapping the shore. A short walk out of town takes you to a smart restaurant called Samia and a lovely rustic Greek taverna serving fresh fish and both right by the sea.

    We were welcomed with a smile and warm greetings. Informed us of the times food would be served, for evening and breakfast, asked if we needed anything, if so please ask. Helpful with directions to local restaurants. The hotel was super clean and fresh, our room had good view of the sea, clean, bed was comfortable.

    Quiet local area with a couple of places to eat out.

    Quiet local area with a couple of places to eat out. Good food and a small local shop. The hotel is around 40 minutes to Athens town, taxi's are between 35 to 40€. 48€ if you book through the hotel. Local bus is hourly but to get to Athens you'd need to change and then get a train. We only went into Athens for one day via taxi and crammed everything in. If you book a return taxi it's cheaper. Athens Site-seeing, markets and local shops are fabulous. We walked around Mati but it's in the suburbs so no site-seeing. but our holiday was to relax and Mati hotel was perfect for that. We'd go again.

    We liked the pool and beach view from our room.

    We liked the pool and beach view from our room. We liked the outdoor dining option overlooking the beautiful Aegean Sea and good waiter service. We really liked our early morning swim in the lovely warm sea, on our last day in Greece before the long flight back to Australia. That was a highlight. I would recommend Mati as a relaxing option outside of the hectic city centre of Athens. I wished we’d stayed there longer.

    We have stayed at Cabo Verde in the past and find it a quiet oasis after a long flight or before a long return flight. The staff are very pleasant and always helpful. They booked a taxi to pick us up from the ferry and then to take us to the airport and it was very efficient. Every room has a sea view which is lovely. The pool area is pleasant with a pool bar which is likely open until the end of September. We enjoy the hotel and recommend it as a wonderful stopover. We spend 3 nights on our return and it is pleasant and relaxing.

    The staff is professional and kind and trying to find solutions if requested There is a lot of parcking and it's free, which is very important for a place like Athens The hotel is adjacent to the sea There are always activities/parties in the evening the lobby is stunning, and the garden is impressive.     We stay at Mati Hotel every year for two nights, once before our early ferry to Naxos, and again upon our return before driving home the next day. While our first night this year was lovely, with a warm welcome and a beautiful corner room, the second night was unfortunately disappointing.
