Perfect hotel to stay if flying from Athens. Close to Raffina and airport. Very comfortable bed, nice breakfast buffe, pool and outdoor terrace with access direct to the beach. Nice area for a morning run along the coast and a few restaurants just steps away from the hotel.

Very close to the airport. Also from the moment i arrived the staff were very welcoming and helpful, with suggestions on dining and also booking me cut price taxi travel to and from the airport. The facilities and room were spotless, bed extremely comfortable. Cannot fault this place in any way and the price for the room was unbelievable cheap.

Very quiet place to rest after your cruise! Even the taxi drivers were having difficulty finding the hotel. Unfortunately we won't be visiting again ! Absolutely would not recommend it if you want a fun packed holiday with great quality food and drink !

Lovely hotel and very clean. Breakfast very good. The pool area and gardens were lovely. The only downside was there were a few people / families around the pool that were not guests taking up sun beds. Overall excellent hotel with a few restaurants within easy walk.

Very small town but good selection of bars, restaurants and hotels. Always the sound of the sea gently lapping the shore. A short walk out of town takes you to a smart restaurant called Samia and a lovely rustic Greek taverna serving fresh fish and both right by the sea.

We were welcomed with a smile and warm greetings. Informed us of the times food would be served, for evening and breakfast, asked if we needed anything, if so please ask. Helpful with directions to local restaurants. The hotel was super clean and fresh, our room had good view of the sea, clean, bed was comfortable.

Quiet local area with a couple of places to eat out.

Quiet local area with a couple of places to eat out. Good food and a small local shop. The hotel is around 40 minutes to Athens town, taxi's are between 35 to 40€. 48€ if you book through the hotel. Local bus is hourly but to get to Athens you'd need to change and then get a train. We only went into Athens for one day via taxi and crammed everything in. If you book a return taxi it's cheaper. Athens Site-seeing, markets and local shops are fabulous. We walked around Mati but it's in the suburbs so no site-seeing. but our holiday was to relax and Mati hotel was perfect for that. We'd go again.

We liked the pool and beach view from our room.

We liked the pool and beach view from our room. We liked the outdoor dining option overlooking the beautiful Aegean Sea and good waiter service. We really liked our early morning swim in the lovely warm sea, on our last day in Greece before the long flight back to Australia. That was a highlight. I would recommend Mati as a relaxing option outside of the hectic city centre of Athens. I wished we’d stayed there longer.

The best thing about this hotel was Anna, the guest relations representative, she was very professional, polite, honest and understanding. Any issues we had, she resolved to our satisfaction and she was the main reason we did not check out early. The View was excellent and the location is what we expected, quiet sea front and far away from the centre of Athens.

The hotel is beautiful, location facing the sea, close to Athens, the airport and other beautiful towns. The hotel is beautiful, well-kept and clean. Very good breakfasts but most importantly the attitude of the staff was excellent, they helped with every request and solved every problem, recommended and advised on every question, we really enjoyed it.

A great hotel with 24/7 reception, gym and pool. We enjoyed our stay, and the staff were super helpful and informative, even though we arrived late at night. Would have liked to spend more time here, and would absolutely come back!
