The staff is great. So helpfull and nice. They provided us with everything we asked for. Even help us parking. The room is super clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great. We couldn't eat all the food they served, as it was not fully booked, they provided us with breakfast individually, not buffet. For skiers, they have a place where to leave the staff.

The hotel was incredibly clean, with comfortable rooms and a wonderful atmosphere. Its location is perfect, right in the center of Arachova. The apartments are of high aesthetics, featuring excellent mattresses and impeccably clean sheets. The staff was polite, friendly, and always willing to help. I will definitely visit again!
