I was recently in Greece for my best friends wedding. It also was my very first time visiting the country. My second accommodation in the country was the Nautilux Hotel. From the moment I walked onto the property and began to walk towards the entrance, I was met by a friendly face. His name was Nikitas. He welcomed me to the hotel and walked me to reception to get checked in. I expected a wait bc I was a few hours early. Areta was another friendly and helpful face who worked magic and got a room for me very quickly so I did not have to wait. Through out my stay she gave me a lot of helpful advice on places to go around to shop for a white dress:) . I also must mention Iliana, she was so nice and truly interested in how my stay was and if there was anything that she could do to make the stay more comfortable in the future. All the people that I encountered made my stay that much more enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful but the staff are wonderful.

This hotel felt like home! People in this hotel upgrade the top location, great view on top of the sea/city, great rooms, very nice pool area, perfect breakfast & very good equipped room. Would recommend it to everyone visiting Rethymno!

The entire experience all from check-in to check-out was just great! Excellent hotel with beautiful pool- and spa area. Breakfast and dinner served in a restaurant with nice view to pool and sea. The hotel is in the perfect location - one step outside the door and you’ll be soaking up all the atmosphere of Rethymno’s old town! The standard room we booked was spacious, comfortable and very pretty. It was perfect and had everything we needed! The team is really lovely. Athena made sure our room was ready for an early check-in. On top of that, they were welcoming and friendly to talk to. Thank you for making our stay even more special than it was! Would definitely go back :)

Very nice and comfy hotel. The sweetest staff, that was very helpful with what to see, and how to rent a car. Parking was available free in front of the hotel. The hotel breakfast was also very tasty with local product.
