Was quite nice clean near to the everything you need bus stop next to the hotel supermarket restaurant tavernas just cross the road 2 minutes to the beach is a small village but you can find everything you need 😀. Very nice and welcome family. Thank you Mrs Mary .

Dimitris is a very good host that responded to all our questions. The building and the apartment were extremely clean. We enjoyed the view to the sea and the port from the balcony. One of the most picturesque beaches on the island - Hovolo, is just 400 m away.

This apartment is a great place to stay. We really enjoyed our vacation there and wanted to stay for a longer time. Location is just perfect, not far from Glossa port, in a small village, 5min walk to the spacious, clean and cosy beach with very few sunbeds and umbrellas, few trees offering some shadow, and crystal water. The village is surrounded by rich forests creating a fantastic view. In 5-10 min walking distance, there are a few restaurants and bars, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy. The most impressive thing about this apartment is the mountain view, when you wake up in the morning and see green mountains from your windows. I'll definitely miss this view. There is a well equipped kitchen where we cooked basic dishes. One amazing terrace and one spacious balcony. Strong WiFi.

My family and I felt for two weeks like what Greeks would call "Leventis" - a word that combines meanings like honorable, noble, respectable, dignified, distinguished and maybe even wealthy in spirit! Peace, views, nature all around, like a garden of Eden where all kinds of fruit grow and create refreshing atmosphere even during the summer heat. Perfect location: Very close to everything (beach, walking paths, port, shop, bakery, grill, restaurant, bus, rent a car, rent a boat) - and yet far enough from anything to truly relax. Family owners give you their heart, but also your space. Children friendly beyond words. On arrival, we were welcomed with homemade lemon sweet and a glass of water - a gesture that brought back memories of my grandparents, who always greeted guests with their own preserves made from white cherries or forest strawberries. It felt like a moment from another time, when life was slower, simpler, and more human - biological, not electrical. Oh yes, we will return here.

A nice studio with balcony and an amazing view to the Aegean sea! The room is bright, with one double bed and a single bed, a kitchen( fridge,kitchenware included),a bathroom with toilet. The owner did his best so we can enjoy the holiday.Cleaning everyday,clean towels.Enjoyed the style of the mansion ,a very beautiful garden with trees and flowers. The beach is 2 minutes from the Sklavos Studios.The coastline offers various tours ,diving,exploring etc. The amount of Greek Tavernas with delicious food impress everyone on Skopelos Island.

Athina is absolutely lovely, welcoming and very helpful. The apartment is just what you need, in a fantastic location central to everything in Elios/Neo Klima and the island itself. Nice separate kitchen area and also a small balcony area, large enough for 2 to sit out and enjoy the view! The air-conditioning worked very well, which was welcomed with the very hot weather! The apartment was cleaned very regularly with bins emptied, and our sheets were changed 2 times during our stay. Thank you to Athina and the lovely cleaning lady.

Location was perfect. The house was simple but super clean and the host Mahi could not do enough to make sure everything was ok. The property was amazing value for money, a stones throw away from the beach and excellent restaurants and the bus bus stop to explore the rest of the island. Definitely coming back . The apartment/studio was perfect for the three of us.

The owners Mary and Nicolette were exceptionally friendly and helpful during our stay at Delphi Hotel. Mary, whom we met the most, and the staff are extremely hardworking. The outside area of the hotel is very beautifully kept. The location in Elios (Neo Klima) is the perfect spot for different kinds of holidays. There are plenty of hiking possibilities in the hills, and we went hiking through the exotic Greek landscape and the especially green forests of Skopelos. From the highest points of the island, there are beautiful views of the island and the Aegean Sea, of the Agios Ioannis (the Mama Mia Church) and of old olive groves. There are also plenty of fantastically beautiful beaches in reach by foot, bike or bus. There are beaches with music, sunbeds and drinks, and there are more remote beaches within a few kilometres. Also a holiday with children is perfect at Delphi Hotel with the nice pool and playground. There is a busstop right outside af the hotel with 4 connections daily in both directions of the island. Very important is that the cleaning of the room were daily and in high quality. It is possible to get a good breakfast every morning from 8-10 o'clock made by very friendly and serviceminded staff. The beds are very nice to sleep in and there is aircondition in the room.

Everything was amazing, the owners are lovely family, they welcomed us with great cake, fruit and wine and in the end of our stay they gifted us cute memory of them. The apartmen is so nice and clean, it has 2 bathroom, cute kitchen and living room, bed is comfy and the terrasse outside is amazing for breakfast or for evening sitting. I would recommend this to everyone who is visiting Skopelos:-)

Perfect stay! Stunning sea view from the terrace, spacious accommodation with two bathrooms, and daily cleaning. Great for families — we stayed with a 7-year-old and a 1-year-old and felt very comfortable. Taverna downstairs, bakery and supermarket nearby, and parking right in front. We would definitely stay here again!

    Neo Klima is a relaxed large village with plenty of tavernas, bakers and supermarkets. You can hire small boats and there are two beaches, one sandy, the other pebbly. Busses connect to the rest of the island. If you want a peaceful stay, this is the right place to go.

    Neo Klima is a tranquil cute village with an authentic vibe and reasonable prices at the tavernas. It is a very good place to rent a boat and explore all the nice beaches at the south of the island. Best thing is that you have the beach and the small port in the city center and you walk around 5 min from your accommodation to reach them. This is not the case in Skopelos and Glossa which are overcrowded and don't have nice beaches. In Neo Klima you also have another a bit wilder beach called Hovolos which can be reached by walking - just need to have good shoes to cross on some rocks, etc. and bring your own umbrella. If I visit Skopelos again some day, I will definitely choose Neo Klima as my base.

    It was better in the past years.

    It was better in the past years. Now it is full of uncivilized tourists who rent motorbikes and run the engine extremely loud in the middle of the night while speeding on the main road. It is noisy (motorbikes, loud music sometimes) and has an inconvenient bus schedule. If you want to go to Skopelos town or Kastani Beach (Mamma Mia) you have to wake up early to catch the 8:20 bus or wait for the next one at 14:50 (in the middle of the heat).

    The location in Elios (Neo Klima) is the perfect spot for different kinds of holidays. There are plenty of hiking possibilities in the hills, and we went hiking through the exotic Greek landscape and the especially green forests of Skopelos.     Unforgettable experience, mesmerizing landscape of the island, excellent value for the money, beautiful suite, in excellent condition, fully equiped kitchenette, in front of Elias beach, Hovolo beach, next to beach, market, bakery, restaurant, tavernas, bus station, main road Neo Klima. Very hospitable and kind owner Meri (does not understand english, so Google translator tends to help a lot;), cleaning service every day, drinkable water, everything was amazing. Island is as it is shown in Mamma Mia movie - unforgettable.

    This is the best area for accommodation in Skopelos island!!

    This is the best area for accommodation in Skopelos island!! We absolutely loved it and my favourite area where we stayed out of 3 weeks in Greece! Wish we didn’t have onwards transport booked so we can stay for longer than 3 nights. And wish we came straight here instead of staying in Skopelos town for the first 2 nights. It’s in the best area to stay in Skopelos island as it’s walking distance to Kastani beach (you get a beautiful hike out of it as a bonus). It’s right next to the beautiful beach of Hovolo with stunning views and sunsets. We rented a car from the local car rental and drove around to the main sights of the island which were closer to here than the main town. The local bus stops 2 mins away and so does the ferry shuttle bus. The Neo Klima village gave us an authentic Greek experience compared to the touristic village of Skopelos. There was loads of tavernas open nearby with very cheep and tasty food! A supermarket, a bakery, a cafe and loads of friendly locals.

    The apartment was very nice and clean, full with every comfort we needed. The check-in was perfect and we could also received the room a little bit in advance. The main beach is reachable by foot in 10 minutes, supermarkets in 5 minutes. The host is very gentle and helped us with every our request. She speaks also fluently english. We recommend this host to everyone decides to travel to Neo Klima.

    Everything was just perfect. Studio with magnificent view, peaceful and quiet, super clean, equipped with everything you need. Beautiful private beach below the house. Parking under the olive trees. Neo Klima village with shops, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy within the walking distance. Everything you need for a perfect holiday!

    We loved everything about Alexios Studios. The apartment was great value for money, quiet with lovely outside space. The shower was fantastic, with hot water on demand and we would highly recommend. The apartment was cleaned everyday, with fresh towels, better than some expensive hotels we've stayed in.
