Our stay at Akrotiri Hotel in Paros was nothing short of amazing, and a big part of that was thanks to Margueritta, the wonderful who made us feel welcome from the very first moment. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience on the island was seamless and unforgettable. From the detailed explanation she gave us about Paros — including the best beaches, villages, and activities tailored to our preferences — to helping us rent a car effortlessly, she truly took care of everything with warmth and professionalism. The hotel itself is charming, peaceful, and ideally located with stunning views. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served every morning — fresh, flavorful, and the perfect start to our island adventures. - fantastic balcony view - beautiful big pool with bar - comfy room - good shower - very friendly and helpful staff - great location (10 min walk to main beach front dining options) but is a very steep hike to hotel from the ferry (recommend a transfer or pick up a hire car if you don’t like walking as taxis were impossible to get) - ATV hire is a good idea to explore the entire island

    Lovely lively Port are. Lots of lovely restaurants as well as good facilities- supermarkets, laundries, shops, information Centre. The Old Town was beautiful with lovely shops and cafes scattered through the small cobbled streets. History and architecture so interesting.

    Parikia is a great location.

    Parikia is a great location. More authentic and less busy than Naoussa. Shopping and restaurant's were great and in my opinion much cheaper than Naoussa. We went on a day long boat trip to swim and snorkel which was excellent. It was fully catered and went to all best swimming spots.

    It's one of the main port areas.

    It's one of the main port areas. Easy to get around to other destination. We used the public transport.. the local bus was just perfect.. takes you all along the island, just should now where you want to go and if confused the bus depo has a small kiosk with all information. A useful tip you can purchase a 10 euro pass pp, applicable for the whole day, just hop on and hop off the bus at various locations and see at your pace. Or else a one way journey cost u 2 euro

    I wouldn't recommend Paroikia and generally Paros to a couple or a family or to anyone who wants to relax, or is not extremely wealthy, or really young to care about anything. Everything was - not just - expensive, but overpriced. The things to do, food, drinks and beaches are mediocre. The island is fully packed with teenagers that just take space and make noise and if you want to avoid them you have to overpay for it. Many places were not giving receipts, other places were charging more and did not admit it, exploiting tourists every way possible, because the demand is huge and they don't care. Very bad service almost everywhere. Very bad food except if you pay more than 50 per person... otherwise garbage or toilet. You wanna go for instagram feed, go to Mykonos or Santorini for almost the same price. You wanna relax, go to other not popular islands or Peloponese. No reason to go to this island if you are not a teen.

    Parikia is a lovely resort, couple of beaches in town & you can catch the boat easily to Anti Paros, Krios & Martsello. The town has a lovely vibe, busy but not rowdy. Lots of bars & restaurants to choose from. It’s easy to get around the island by bus to visit other resorts like Aliki & Naoussa, which are both beautiful. Would definitely recommend the island.

    234 / 5.000 a beautiful city, in my top of the cities on the island of Paros it is in first place. Quiet streets with sun or shade, decorated with flowers of all colors. There are many taverns where you can eat, and the food is delicious.

    Our stay with Manolis & Anna in Parikia was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. They even arranged a car for us at the very last minute, which made exploring the island so easy. They shared great tips to help us understand and enjoy Paros, and their place is perfect for families – safe, comfortable, and in a great location. We felt truly cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

    Our stay here was perfect . A traditional family run hotel . Very friendly owners. What we loved the most was the sea view that I honestly couldn’t get enough of . The location was in walking distance to all the restaurants and lovely smell beaches . The room was comfortable and the breakfast was simple yet plentiful. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again next time we visit Paros .

    Great property with everything you could need for a stay in Paros. A short walk to Parikia meant everything I needed was close by and easy to access. Mina was very helpful and accommodating (and provided many extras to make me feel at home) and I really enjoyed my stay here.
