We stood in the room with direct access to the pool and it was exceptionally beautiful, calm and clean. The room and bathroom were beyond comfortable and pleasing to the eye. Perfect location with plenty of restaurants and beach nearby.

Arrived to such a warm welcome which continued for the week we were there , nothing was too much trouble and so helpful , spotless clean and great view from our room , bus stopped right outside which was handy as we had stayed in chania for a few days prior, great value for money accommodation

We were amazed by the variation and the quality of the food served in the restaurant. The hotel served a lot dishes from the greek cuisine, which we loved. We could taste a lot of greek dishes that you could find in a restaurants menu and the flavours were superb! Our kids loved the pools and waterslides. We had a room by the main pool on the ground floor, which was very convenient with the kids. We stayed at the older part of the hotel buildings, which has a lot of greenery around🙂 The hotel buildings, gardens and overall territory was beautifully maintained ja very clean. Hotel staff was always very polite and nice to us. We liked that the hotel was close to the town. Our room seemed newly renovated and was cleaned every day. The bathroom was extremely small, with the door open, but it was no big deal for us🙂

Incredibly friendly staff - thank you Anna for everything! The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The swimming pool is very cool. As mentioned in many comments, it is very close to Chania and to a couple of great beaches. The hotel and the area has a very cool vibe.

Everything! Pool and territory is beautiful, quick access to the beach. We received a beautiful loft room with a balcony to the quiet side. Always fresh bottled water in the room, changed daily, room cleaned twice a day. Great AC you can regulate yourself. Tasty cocktails at the pool bar. Nice breakfast buffet. Very polite staff. Also I used the spa and purchased massage, it was amazing, definitely recommend booking it. We stayed 5 nights and would totally come back!

Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly and attentive staff. Really nice chilled vibe around the pool / pool bar during the day and the evening. Easy bus ride / relatively inexpensive taxi ride into Chania centre. Hotel restaurant (Ladi) was exceptional!
