Big spacious room, quiet just outside of town, very clean apartment. There was a welcome pack which was brilliant including large bottle of water, milk, tea, coffee, and breakfast items along with toiletries absolutely fantastic we didn’t need anything from supermarket on arrival. The large bottle of water in fridge was very much appreciated.

First of all, I personally haven't seen such a polite and king person as a host in Greece, Maera is a wonderful person and very communicative and helpful (about our stay and etc..) and she even bought us gifts to remember Kefalonia and also a bottle of wine. About the apartment it was very CLEAN, everything was new and comfortable especially the bedroom, also they cleaned our apartment every day, and every other day they changed the towels. The location is also very good, close to Sami about minutes by car and 5 minutes by walk, there is also a good private parking place which is very important. Everything was 10/10 and I will definitely coming back again!

    Sami was my favourite location on Kephalonia...

    Sami was my favourite location on Kephalonia...I scooted round the island but feel Sami is the most laid back. I liked the bit of beach where the locals swam. The food was good at all the restaurants and I particularly enjoyed drinking in the evening at the blues bar. The only thing that tainted my stay was when on the last day just before I was about to drop my scooter off the police pulled me over for not having an helmet on...and gave me a huge fine of £335. Man all the locals were scooting round without helmets...how come I got whacked? Nice place though

    Sami was a great place to stay!

    Sami was a great place to stay! We had 4 nights and wanted to stay longer. Very nice little town, we stayed in a great hotel, near a lovely little beach, great promenade and just enough restaurants and shops. You could go for day trips to other beaches, caves and to Ithaka, hire a boat or just stay and relax!

    The location is perfect.

    The location is perfect. Surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, just a short walk from beaches with crystal-clear water and no crowds, making it a peaceful getaway. Melissani Lake and Drogarati Caves are both nearby and worth visiting.

    It’s a very nice town that has a more locals living there...

    It’s a very nice town that has a more locals living there feeling. The terrain is wonderful. Sami beach was wonderful the restaurant on Sami beach was wonderful. The acropolis of Sami was a highlight of our three week trip. The Contessa restaurant in Sami was great. And everyday we traveled to a different part of the island. Views everywhere spectacular.

    Lovely small harbour town.

    Lovely small harbour town. Long beaches , with beautiful clear water. Lovely vibe in the evening peak season and could walk a few minutes along the front and have a beach to ourselves. A couple of good bars and great restaurants.

    Sami is a great location for a family holiday.

    Sami is a great location for a family holiday. Low key and traditional, maintaining its Greek heritage. Lots of family-run businesses and a popular stop for overnight yachts. Lots of very good restaurants to choose from and mini-markets for self-catering.

    The location of this hotel is perfect if you are travelling via ferry from or to Sami. It is just few minutes easy walk to the port on fairly flat ground but down a slight hill. Ok if your baggage are on wheels. The view from the top floor was lovely but we unfortunately had other inconsiderate guests who were so loud talking on the phone we had to go back to our own balcony.

    Campsite was great, unusual to have decent sites in Greece and pool was lovely and in great location by beach, just a short walk from lots of restaurants and cafes in Sami. Accommodation was clean and had all kitchen equipment we needed and Gabriella the Happy Camp manager was lovely.

    Such a perfect place to stay! We loved the balcony with amazing views over Sami, sitting there in the evenings watching the sunset. the location was perfect just a short walk to the harbour with loads of lovely restaurants. Would stay here again if we return to kefalonia!
