We loved the cultivated environment (garden, trees, grass, flowers) . The hotel has very good private beach. The materials used for the construction are high valued (a lot of lime stone). The capacity not to be overcrowded. We had breakfast and dinner, waste of quality food.

For now - it's my favourite all inclusive hotel. I've been to many all-inclusives in other countries, but this hotel, it exceeded my expectations. Maybe I didn't expect anything, I thought “at least they would feed me and there would be no russians” but here we came and every day we said that this is incredible hotel and it has a place in our hearts. Here is some info: 1) This is an adult hotel. And that says it all. This is WOW. When you want to relax, to have a quite place, to swim quietly and read a book, this is the perfect place. Sometimes it seemed to us that people were whispering to each other when they were lying on the sun loungers so as not to disturb others. And overall, I liked the hotel guests, no drunk and shouting people, but polite and calm people. 2) Staff. Well, this is a separate love. We often talked to animators and bartenders. They are so cool and nice people. We already miss you Stelly, Chris, Alex, the cool lifeguard at the pool and the bartenders. The kitchen and restaurant staff - you are just beyond praise, you are super professionals! 3) Room. We had a junior suite. Very well maintained, beautiful and stylish. Had everything we needed. Very clean and cool view from the terrace! 4) Food. OMG!!! How delicious and varied it was! I don't like oatmeal, but here I ate even it :)) I liked absolutely everything. There are evenings of different cuisines, for example, Greek, Italian, Asian, etc. There was always different meat, every day there was some kind of fish, and sometimes a whole aquatic kingdom (tuna steaks, salmon, shrimp, octopus, mussels, and other types of fish). Sweets are just the top. Lots of fruits, vegetables, salads, pizza, pasta, soups and much more. As for drinks, we used to buy water in the store. The taste of beverages from the machine - like salt water. Cocktails also have a slightly salty taste, so we ordered a Prosecco. 5) Hotel.

Everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful ( Christina , Theo , the front office manager) everybody wants to make your stay amazing. From the first step in the hotel you fill special. The cleaning is very well done . Even the air freshner smell wonderful. We hope to return next year.

The sea front executive suites are amazing, the sun set for your own private pool is something exceptional, just go for it... I recently stayed at Eleven Boutique Suites and had an amazing time. The hotel is very small, which made it very quiet and relaxing. The owner was incredibly helpful and always made sure I had everything I needed. The facilities were great, and the sea view was absolutely perfect. One of the highlights of my stay was the food at the restaurant. It was some of the most delicious food I've ever had! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay on Crete Island. The combination of great facilities, stunning views, and fantastic food make it a truly special place to stay.

This is a great establishment. So much excellence. Women run this hotel and you can tell because there is such great hospitality and really make you feel at home. hotel rooms exceptionally clean! the only thing was that the bed throw isn’t washed after every visitor as it wasn’t clean when I arrived and had stains and hair so that can be fixed in their cleaning regime. i just took it off the end of the bed and never used it. but EVERYTHING else was very very very clean and I was happy and at peace. bed was also comfy and sheets were comfy. shower was nice size and nice and hot and good pressure. i had a double inland view room. this means the room faces the street and that can be noisy however everything is so great you can’t even complain. I’ll come again and book a sea view ☺️ as that was the only room available when I booked staff some of the male staff could use a little more training I think. it may sound like a weird thing to say but all the female staff were EXCELLENT, friendly welcoming happy, helpful, attentive. went out of their way to make my experience a great one. manager is great 💛. the girl with beautiful curly hair was amazing too. and the lady in the restaurant maybe manager? she was very attentive to me and was great! the extra mile it was my birthday and I was on my own. i was given a glass of sparkling wine, the staff wrote happy birthday in flowers on my bedroom floor AND put they put balloons in the room whilst I was having dinner. what a surprise and a gift. so generous and so kind! i was in tears! also I had a massage and they also gave me gifts as it was my birthday! the massage! INCREDIBLE. Marina the masseuse wow she is the best that I’ve had and I have literally had so many massages all over the world and that was the best. she is so kind so personable, I had the Cretan massage and the deep tissue massage with hamman and body scrub. perfection! if you’re a masseuse you can learn from her.

Perfect stay for family and kids 3 & 6yrs. Staff very attentive, room was great and pools and aqua park were very nice. Food great. Kids club also and night entertainment was fun. Couldn’t ask for better really!

The room was spacious and very well appointed. Athena was very kind and helpful. She works very hard to keep guests happy and the rooms clean and well cared for. The view were amazing and we really enjoyed the village setting. It was even better than we expected.

We have just returned from our 4 night stay and we cannot fault a single thing. Other than being absolutely beautiful with a focus on wellness, what makes Uzenie so special is the staff. Every single member of staff was attentive, kind and gave exceptional customer service. We celebrated my fiancés 30th birthday here and although we usually avoid returning to the same place, Uzenie is somewhere we could return every year. The food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was of fantastic quality- much better than your average hotel buffet. Nothing was too much to ask for and we cannot thank you all enough for the most wonderful experience.

    We didn't like Skaleta because there weren't any interesting attractions or promenade for tourists. Beaches haven't got high quality, too. But it is very quiet if you want to rest and sleep in peace. You are able to find cheaper accommodations in Skaleta and travel by rented car wherever you want.

    The hotel and its facilities are excellent. The staff is very nice, rooms are big enough, there are 2 swimming pools and 2 bars plus the beach with the sea. Still, on top of this their restaurant is the most excellent - extreme wide variety of foods, very good quality and every night they offer a dedicated cuisine (like seafood, bbq, japanese food etc.). Most of the guests are from Germany, there were some from UK and the rest is not much.

    This was our very first stay in Skaleta, and we could not have been happier about our choice, Asea Villa was even more beautiful than we could have imagined! The villa is in excellent condition & our hosts were just wonderful making us feel right at home! We have travelled a lot around Greece, but this impeccable location right in front of the beach is one of a kind!

    Hotel is right next to a wonderful beach, and the restaurant directly facing the beach. Hotel facilities are reasonable, but the staffs were very friendly and wonderful in helping and supporting while staying there, special thanks to those staffs.

    A nice, quiet hotel, wonderfully located near the beach, with a pool on the premises. Upon request, we received comfortable cribs for the children. There are several restaurants nearby and a shop not far away. We recommend the hotel.
