The last week of April we stayed with the whole family (7 persons) in the Velvet Breeze Villa in Stavromenos. It was a great experiens. A marvellous house, a splendid garden, a lovely swimmingpool and a amazing vieuw. From a friendly welcome with a welcome meal from Thomas up to a nice farewell-souvenir (little olive trees) from Kiki. a unforegettable stay. Dijkstra Family (NL)

Amazing experience My stay at Amira hotel was absolutly great. The hotel is brand new, meaning all the facilities are in a perfect shape. It is even better than the photos. Best of all is the staff, very kind, helpful, smiling,  dedicated to your needs and to make your stay the best possible. I had the good surprise to be upgraded (without asking maybe due to low season?) to a room with sea front view, which was absolutly great. The room is decorated with taste, cleanned every day, with good bedding. The swimming pool area is really nice, and the access to the beach is easy. There is also an inside heated pool, very nice. The beach is clean, has a beautiful view on the mountains on the west, the water is really clean and safe. You can see a beautiful sunset every day. The main restaurant included in the half board is good from my experience of such hotels: tasty, varied and fresh. I strongly recommand the "gourmet" restaurant, the Kritamo: excellent food and large portions with a top class service. The spa is beautiful, good massages, great staff. You can also enjoy sauna and hammam for free, just need to make a booking. It has been a long time I didn't enjoy such a good stay and such a high value for price, thank you very much to all the Amira Team.

Don’t miss out on this place We had such a great time at Ammos Suites! The room was bright and spacious enough for two. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and sipping the complementary wine that waited for us in there, watching the sunset and just relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The pool seemed great (quite small) but to be honest, the beach was so close, so well-kept and pampering – that we didn’t even get to try it! Breakfast was modest but tasty, and we were so grateful that the staff were attentive to the fact that we are both vegans (we were offered vegan cheese, a spinach pastry and sauteed mushrooms). Filios and Irene, at the front desk, were very kind and helpful. Would go back to Ammos Suites; highly recommend it.

Everything was great! The food was very tasty, the garden of the hotel very beautiful, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the view from the balcony.. I can still see when I close my eyes. We will miss Crete very much, we will definitely return to the same hotel, thank you to the nice ladies at the reception, the smiling waiters in the restaurant, the bartenders for the amazing cocktails! Everything was unique! XX

I really wanted to write you to say that traveling around the world and providing different culture for our family is what we value the most. Knowing Greece was my biggest dream in my 41 years life… It is so special to have chosen somewhere so committed with the guests. We are very impressed and thankful. A good room with beautiful view was something so important to me and you found us simply the most beautiful room we could wish/deserve. Kids are enjoying everything, they loved the aquapark! I loved the wine menu available in the all inclusive experience. Our cretan barbecue during the sunset was a gift! This is the best resort we have ever been to, and when I say that, believe me, it is a huge thing! We have been to the best in caribean, Florida, Brazil, Portugal, Italy, Spain… As the music says: You’re simply the best! We will never forget these days!

    Very nice family hotel, friendly staff :) the hotel is close to the beach. The beach is rocky, but we liked it :) Rooms were cleaned everyday. There were no plates and cutlery in the room but you just need to ask for them on the reception. Everyone was very nice and it made our stay great, thank you!

    Seems to be a new hotel. The rooms are modern, wide and very clean with an oceanview. Great accommodation. The pool is very nice and the breakfast by the pool is excellent. The manager is helpfull, one nice place we had on our vacation in Crete
