The stay at Elaia Retreat was an absolute blessing. The host was extremely helpful and enthusiastic. The house was spectacular, the BBQ was lovely, we cooked often, and everything was perfect. All of our desires were tended to. We were 5 people and it was brilliant. The bathroom was great, the beds were fantastic the outdoor eating area was glorious. Honestly I would give everything an 11 out of 10 if I could.

The villa is perfect, has all facilities and if you like almost a hotel service! The owner and his family are the best! Always willing to help, clean, provide new towels etc… we even got tomatoes and cucumber to make our own greek salad. The location is perfect to visit the island. Most locations within a range of 15 to 30 minutes.

From beginning to end everything was amazing! They came to pick us up from the port and when we arrived we had a welcome drink to accompany the amazing view! Everyone was so warm and welcoming and it really made you feel like you were home. The complimentary breakfast was beyond amazing! We loved the rooftop for sunset there was never a need to find a bar with a view because we had the best! We loved watching the sunset overlooking the ocean with a glass of delicious white wine. We were so sad to have to leave but grateful that they helped us get to the airport as well. 10/10 Recommend!

An unforgettable stay at Sundunes Hotel Our stay at Sundunes Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were truly impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the hotel manager and the entire team. Their warm hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, perfectly blending into the Cycladic surroundings with its elegant and authentic style. The spacious layout creates a relaxing atmosphere, and the stunning swimming pool and fantastic gym added an extra level of comfort and luxury. One of the biggest highlights is the location – just a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches on the entire island of Naxos. Crystal-clear water and soft sand made it the perfect spot to unwind every day. Breakfast was a daily delight, featuring a variety of delicious options with a homemade touch that made every morning special. The rooftop restaurant is another highlight – not only does it serve incredible food, but the views are absolutely breathtaking. We are already looking forward to returning. Sundunes Hotel is a place where luxury, authenticity, and heartfelt hospitality come together in the most beautiful setting.

We had an amazing time at Cosmos Hotel. Great location, only 3 minutes walking from the popular Plaka beach where the sea was warm even during October. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naxos.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place with the view over both the sea and the mountains. The breakfast basket was superb: well filled with delicious foods and a good variety of choices, including a daily surprise of local pastries. What truly set this stay apart was the hostess Vicky's personal touch. Vicky's dedication to providing exceptional support, hospitality and help truly made a difference. We recently spent a wonderful holiday in Greece, staying at a charming family-run hotel that felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warmth and hospitality. Maria and Dmitrij, our incredible hosts, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Evenings were a delight as we explored national drinks together, sharing laughter and stories. The hotel’s chef, their mom, prepared the most amazing breakfasts and lunches, each meal a delicious showcase of local flavors and culinary expertise. Loved everything! Maybe breakfast selection could have been more varied. Pool area was small, but very nice. The beach is within walking distance. As are shops and restaurants. The room was very cute, clean and tastefully decorated. Definitely would come here again.

    Vivlos is conveniently located about ten minutes from Naxos Town and roughly the same to local beaches. There are four or five local taverna's selling simple, good value, Greek food. The bakery is excellent and there is also a small supermarket and butchers. It's a good base from which to explore the island with walking trails marked out from there

    Vivlos is a wonderful little town with very friendly people.

    Vivlos is a wonderful little town with very friendly people. There is a great bakery and a well stocked supermarket with fresh fruit and cheese. It is 10 minutes to Mikri Vigla beach and 18 minutes to Naxos town. It is also well located to go over the mountain and explore the other side of the island. We had a brilliant meal at a local restaurant amongst the houses where the locals eat.
