Zakharo is a small town near Kakovatos the little village where the Ostria Hotel Beach is located indeed. Zakharo is fantastic. The town's activity is between a beach town with restaurants, cafés, stores and an agricultural town with a lot of trucks and tractors crossing by. The bus station is not far from the center. I also walked on the Beach until the Ostria Hotel. It is quite a long walk. There are a few restaurants, the sunset is amazing.Guest review byRéginaFrance - 10.0

The house was equipped with everything (microwave, toaster, dish washer , washing machine, dryer, you name it). Salt , pepper , oregano , and oil were already in the cupboards, which are very helpful for short stays. I can not remember if we really missed something The beaches are very close and Zacharo too.
