I stayed here with this really nice family. They offered me dinner, coffee, cookies and bread. It was delicious. They were very nice and the place was very clean and they were extremely friendly. I highly recommend coming here. You go through a gated area, it feels very safe and secure. You get an entire bedroom and the bed is big and comfy. They have a big shower in the bathroom. Also with a refrigerator, microwave in the kitchen with stove and fresh water.

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The hotel is super clean, and the staff is nice. One waiter, in particular, was extremely kind and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The other waiters were average, but aside from that, it was a great experience.

The staff is extremely kind and attentive. The spa pool is amazing and the view of the Agua volcano from the spa restaurant is gorgeous. This area feels like paradise. This Hotel has a beautiful courtyard and a Garden with a view of the volcano, it is very quiet and only a short walk to the centre. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They seem take a lot of pride in the cleaning, as everything is spotless. There is coffee and water available around the clock. I felt vey comfortable and would certainly book it again.
