The breakfast was really good, fresh and very tasty. Only you had to go to the Mestizo hotel in Antigua town, as the Cortijo does not (yet) offer breakfast. The hotel organizes a free transport.

Set in attractive grounds in a small, typically Guatemalan community just outside (5 minutes by Uber) from the centre of Antigua, with stunning views of hills and volcanoes. Casa Buho is a family run bed and breakfast hotel with exceptional quality rooms. This was a great place to stay as we had already spent a month in town, but would also be good if you want to be away from the noise and bustle of the town.

We loved the old style character of this hotel which felt very much in keeping with Antigua and its history. This hotel is perfectly based to explore Antigua on foot. The room was spotless clean, breakfast was good and the staff were extremely helpful organising onward travel and giving dining recommendations. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean and comfortable, excellent location, lovely rooftop terrace and the staff were super helpful and attentive. I was in Antigua while many of the main roads were blocked and Gustavo was amazing in helping me arrange transport to get around safely and easily.
