Located at the main street, which means it can get loud, but all the music stops at 11pm. Close to the main dock(1 min on foot), the public beach (about 5 min) and many restaurants and shops. The hotel also gives you earplugs at check in, just in case you need any. The hammocks are a very nice touch. The views from the room are amazing, common areas are also nice, they have one with plenty of shade and one without it. Staff was so nice, they helped me when I experienced a panic attack, even helped me get to the doctor and checked on me later. Room was ready before actual check in time and they let me know through whatsapp, all in all, great stay, would recommend.

Hotel was good for the value paid, very friendly and helpful staff. We came for the IRTRA parks, for 3 days, and the hotel was really worthy. Swimming pool is a plus and my kids enjoyed it at the end of the day. Breakfast was included and it was ok for the money.

Lovely hotel in gritty, fascinating Santiago which we loved. Small kitchen that you can cook in. Clean pool and nice garden with several spots to chill out and a view from the roof. The hotel looks like it's been extended over the years and I think the new rooms are probably brighter than those on the ground floor. Our room was definitely a little dark, but it was clean and comfortable. Josefa and the women working in the hotel were all lovely. There was lots to see and do in Santiago. Great birding and we saw a quetzal

Our stay was great! The owner is amazing, extremely clean room and comfortable big king bed. Water was hot and we could walk to the main street in 2min! We'll definitely return.
