Personally, I love the island of Hvar and no stay in this place is long enough for me. Jelsa is a great resort that offers many great restaurants, authentic shops with local products, but especially a rich cultural program. The same applies to the neighboring village of Vrboska. I recommend renting a bicycle for the entire stay and getting to know the beauty of the island in this way - be it natural beaches, old streets or vineyards.Guest review byDenis - 10.0

Very nice, perfect little seaside town with many cute cafes and restaurants with amazingly delicious food. During the day is not too crowded, but at evenings many people come out to have dinner or drinks and it is quite lively and entertaining. It has quite a nice marina for big yachts as well. I liked everything about Jelsa. Absolutely loved restaurant “Me and Mrs Jones” superb meals and fabulous hosts. Loved Cafe Splendid for the coffee and warm strudels, this was a daily ritual. Jelsa is a small scenic town, full of nice restaurants, pizzerias, gelato shops and cafés. The surrounding nature is stunning, it's great for naturists and cyclists alike. Nice and quiet and location.
Nice and quiet and location. The host is very good at accommodating us such as bringing us to the bus station. The room of four is a bit small for 4 single beds but everything is clean.
