We stayed only overnight during our trip and the apartment exceeded our expectations. We met the owner Janja on our check in who explained everything, parking place was provided on the property and there were even personalized presents on the bed. The apartment itself was spotless, perfectly clean and exactly as shown on the photos. Floor heating and coffee machine were a big bonus and we'll definitely look this place up next time we are traveling through. Recommend!

It is one of the best apartments we have visited in terms of having all kitchen and other equipment and gadgets, conformity, and cleanness. It has a very nice private garden where you can dine. It is practically surrounded by forests as the location is quite high above Rijeka in the Matulji settlement. So the location is quiet and natural but because of that access is steep. Marine, the host is super careful and very nice. We were surprised with a glass of cold sparkling wine for welcome. I recommend warmly the apartment.

My family and I liked everything. There was everything in the apartment we needed and even more we’d expected. The place is really great and the hostess is a very nice woman. I even don’t know what to add. We had tea, coffee, all necessary equipment for cooking👍

    Very close distance to the beaches and to Opatia , Rijeka, Pula, local LIDL supermarket, Plodine supermarket also too close , bakeries which provides fresh burek,fresh pizzas, fresh bread and freshly made cakes especially Trileçe, restaurants and coffee bars, lovely food. The beautiful nature and the lovely plants around especially oleanders 😃 also very clean streets !

    The apartment was large and well equipped. There even was an area in the yard with a grill, hidden from direct sunshine so you can have freshly grilled meat even in hot summer and not die from heat. The host is very friendly and talkative and even offered us a welcome drink and some fruit from his garden. There is a nice, friendly and playful cat living near the house which both we and our 2 year old son appreciated. This was probably the best experience staying in apartments in Croatia so far.

    The host is an extremely kind lady who spoke good English. The flat is excellent value for money, with a lovely garden where we had al fresco breakfasts. The host left us nice little presents when we arrived (including soaps and liqueur) and she is exceptionally kind and helpful. It is conveniently located on the edge of Matulji, near the Optajia Riviera, on a quiet road, but near main roads for travelling around. Parking space at property.

    Beautiful surroundings, easy access, spacious parking. Very well maintained overall property. The flat itself new, tastefully decorated, very light and comfortable, spotlessly clean. All necessary items (even beyond) are provided to make the stay more comfortable. Hosts are wonderful! Very kind and welcoming family. We really had everything what we have needed. I strongly recommend this place to stay and explore Opatija!

    Location was key. Plus was AC and pool. Friendly family atmosphere with super Croatia hospitality from the staff. Grateful for finding this treasure spot in Matulji. Train tracks were also item of interest.
