One of the best hotels we ever stayed at! Hotel is located on the stone beach and the sea is so clean!They have water activities that you can rent for small price and spice up your holidays. The room was big and equipped with everything you need.Room cleaning was done daily and it was spotless. Staff is international and speaking many languages.All of the staff were really helpful and friendly.Morning chats and having coffee at the bar with the staff,we felt like part of the family. We liked breakfast and I loved their French cinnamon toast! Thank you for an amazing stay and we will for sure be back!

    Charming village with a great view and the perfect place to visit both the Makarska riviera and the Omis/Split region. Be aware the village is located on a steep mountain so prepare yourself for lots of stairs.

    Nice location, the sea is full of fishes, worth to discover the coastline, away from the main beach. The village has really narrow streets, full with apartments. Have to climb up to your accommodation, which can be hard, especially with small kids. In the harbour there are a few restaurants, with nice foods; a bakery which makes nice pizza (from 12 Eur). You can rent sea kayak / or a small boat (100 Eur per day, should be booked in advance). There is a small food store, has plenty things, not cheap.

    It is a small, nice, and peaceful place with two restaurants, a bakery (they always had some bread, even after 8 PM), a grocery store (meat and eggs are available only in the morning), and clean beaches. There are almost no parking places, so it is better to park the car up the hill and go downhill on foot (it is quite steep and takes 10 minutes).

    Pisak is a small village with a couple of restaurants, a bakery and an ice cream shop. We tried the two restaurants in town and they were excellent! Local food and wine is available with a beautiful views of the sea. Croatian food is delicious so try the Peka and make sure to order ahead. The fresh fish platter is also excellent! The beach is beautiful and the water clarity is unbelievable. It’s great for snorkeling. Pisak is also close to other towns on the Dalmatian coast. A short drive to beautiful Omis and to Makarska where ferry service is available to other islands. Pisak is located on the coastal cliffs so if you don’t want to go up and down the hill to access the beach, get a place near the water. Driving is difficult so plan on walking. There is no parking/limited parking near the beach area. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, Pisak is for you.

    The beaches in the city are mostly private or wild, and no one cleans up. The store in town is very small with a very poor selection of products. There is nowhere to walk, Locals are concerned only with making more money from tourists, but not with their comfort, the most unpleasant thing is that there is no respect for the sea that feeds them. A lot of garbage is thrown into the sea, the beaches are not cleaned.

    Small town, little restaurant for many people. It was problem, only one little shop with souvenires. There isnt waste basket in town. Many beaches, dog friendly town. Near is Omiš and there is everything. Very nice town.

    We were a group of five girls and we really enjoyed our stay – there’s a beautiful, spacious terrace where we spent all our free time when we weren’t at the beach. The hosts are very kind and helpful - they arranged transport from the airport to the apartment for us, as well as a trip to Omiš. The beach is just a short walk from the accommodation and the water is perfect – I didn’t even need water shoes, which I had forgotten to bring.

    The apartment was perfect! Everything was like photos and better. The view amazing, beach is near. Good parking spot. Nearby is small shop and fresh fruit and vegetable stand. Pisak. Is pleasant and realy calm place. We were here for week with small children, and ir was pleasant stay, we are looking forvard to come back here later!

    The best about villa Porat is the direct entrance to the beach. Sea is literally 5 meters from the building. There are two restaurants and one bakery around the villa. One restaurant is on the ground floor of the villa Porat, another one is 50 meters away. Both serve tasty fish and seafood as well as classical european dishes.

    3 bedroom apartment is perfect for family stay. Everything was clean and sea view from terrace is gorgeous! The Pisak is very calm. Beach is just 1-3 minutes walk and was not crowded at all. Owners are very kind and available if you need any help. Thank you :)
