Wow, what an amazing accommodation and campsite! We could easily stay here for a whole month and never get bored... The campsite has it all – an excellent bakery, beautiful walking trails, a great restaurant, mini golf, basketball, tennis, football, paddling... just incredible! The absolute highlight was the private heated pool – we were thrilled about it, especially since we visited in early May and could comfortably enjoy swimming. We truly had a fantastic time :) It’s also wonderfully pet-friendly – our dog got a toy, a bed, and a treat, and there are plenty of waste bins with bags placed all around the campsite.

The host! Ivan was very welcoming, greeted us with a fridge full of fresh fruit and some alarmingly tasty cake he has made that day. We've only stayed one night, but I think the apartment would be comfortable for longer stays too. It has a massive terrace, comfy beds, the AC is working well.

We had a great time in Villa Roseal. Marina is very nice and makes you feel very welcome. Apartment is huge and have 2 toilets which for family of 4 is great 😁 it has beautiful view to garden and sea and is very nice to look there not on other buildings as usualy. Location is about 2 min walk to near shop and small square with bakery and some bars. We have been to Povlajana second time, love this quite place with lovely beaches which are very family friendly. If you staying in Povljana with kids definitely choose Villa Roseal as you will feel like home here.

Very friendly host, comfortable bed, good bathroom, and really well equipped kitchen. Balcony has a nice view. It's really peaceful there. There is a nice restaurant near. Beach close to apartment is great to go just for a swim, a few minutes of walk will also get you to the town's main beach with bars and restaurants, which is more suitable if you want to stay on the beach for the full day. Parking was also always available. Overall, it's great value.

All was ok. Owner is super friendly. House is nice with nice garden. Lot of place for parking. Amazing balcony / terrace. I could sit there whole summer. Near centre where is bakery, groceries etc… Beach is 6-7min by walk, sandy beach suitable for family. By car you can reach many other nice beaches on the island. I hope we will visit also in future.

My stay at this hotel was beyond expectations, as the overall experience was excellent. The place is very clean, well-maintained, and provides a very good standard of comfort. While the location is ok and convenient enough, the quality of service and the atmosphere more than make up for it. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone seeking a pleasant and reliable stay. Without hesitation, I give it a 10 out of 10 rating, and I would like to say thank you very much to the staff for making the experience so enjoyable.

    Povljana is growing too fast.

    Povljana is growing too fast. The rapid construction of unsightly apartment buildings threatens the original charm of this peaceful coastal village and slowly pushes it toward the fate of overcrowded resorts like Makarska. For now, the situation is still bearable – but it feels like a tipping point is approaching. One can only hope that local authorities and residents will act before the soul of the place is lost for good.

    Small and quiet town, a few beaches, free parking lot, local supermarket, there are restaurants with good regional food. It is good place to start trips around the island Pag or go to Zadar or Sibenik. Very nice place for families with children.

    Great location on Pag Island if you wish to travel all around the Pag - so perfect as starting point. Very quiet comparing to other like Novalia. Perfect for families. Nevertheless we enjoyed traveling to North for 'wild beaches' with cristal-clear water and more possibilities to swim&snorkeling.

    We were in Povljana for the first time.

    We were in Povljana for the first time. We did not think that our vacation would positively surprise us. We loved the peace and tranquility of this small fishing town, the cleanliness of the sea water and the very well-kept beach. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to get away from the fast pace of life and gather energy. It is a real paradise for a relaxing vacation. my partner and I agreed to visit Povljana again. For us, one of the most beautiful destinations on the Adriatic.

    Plovjana is a peaceful town, but it comes alive with delightful live music in the Plaza every Thursday and Saturday. The nearby beaches are stunning, and we especially loved the sandy beach to the south, which is just a 10-minute drive away. This beach is less crowded and allows dogs, making it perfect for us.

    Apartament is spacious and nicely decorated. For us (2 adults+dog) it was perfect. King size beds are super comfortable. Funny thing-Kitchen is equipped with utensils like blenders but no drain for pasta. But there are plenty of forks so I managed 😁. We loved to sip our coffee on balcony and listen to birds song. Marina is very easy going and lovely to chat. As to location it is Old Povljana. We preferred it much more from New for its quiteness. But if you would like to visit New Povljana its only 10 minutes walk away.

    The appartement was really comfortabele and the hostess and her father in law helpt when we had a small problem.The hostess helped us find a really good restaurant when we arrived really late because of trafic. She also tipped us on a really nice beach in Povljana. We would love to stay here again in the future.

    It was great for us. Povljana is beautiful. Accommodation is clean. Beds are comfortable. The children were most pleased with the TV and wifi. ;-). The housekeeper and the other lady were very nice and helpful. A few steps to the beach. Nearby there is a restaurant and a market and great ice cream. Thank you
