I recommend this spacious apartment with a convenient parking place, and quick and easy check-in & check-out. Silvija is a very friendly and polite host. We had an adventurous and joyful 4-night stay. A new, comfortable, spotlessly clean and quiet apartment, a lovely bathroom with an awesome power shower, a bright living room, a superb kitchen and a very nice terrace with sea and sunset view. Extremely useful shutters on all the windows. Excellent wi-fi perfect for working on my computer, good for digital nomads. No church bell, no street or public transport noise at all. We also enjoyed our 2-day hike in Paklenica. If you want a quiet and comfortable place in the countryside but still at an excellent location not far from Zadar, this is it. You can find countless beautiful beaches nearby. I find this apartment suitable for both the long-term and short-term. Thank you for all! It was one of our best holidays! More than happy to be back! ❤️

Our stay in the apartment was an exceptional experience. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and helpful, making us feel right at home. Super location with a view to wake up to, direct access to the sea. Great comfortable bed. Very clean bedding, sinks, cutlery crockery etc. The host reacted quickly to our problem with the accommodation, and offered a good solution for us. We had a great 4 days doing SUP and visiting nearby Nin and Zadar.

    Ražanac is a small sleepy town with a very rocky beaches. Please wear shoes. Really hot place during summer. Downtown is not completely renovated, there are trashy places just in the center which needs to be fixes as soon as possible. But in general, it's nice place with good potential. There are only a few restaurants, and prices are a bit too high as for me. Maybe I'm wrong. Basically, the only entertainment during a day is a sea, and during night some beer bar

    The flora and fauna in the sea was amazing, it's a paradise...

    The flora and fauna in the sea was amazing, it's a paradise if you enjoy snorkeling. We even saw squids and crabs. In the town we saw a turtle and a rabbit. Ražanac is a quiet little town that offers some very nice fish restaurants. There are a lot of things to see and do nearby (e.g. island of Pag, Nin, Privlaka and Zadar). On the beach you can find many trees if you want to sit in the shade. It was not very crowded.

    A very good fully equipped and clean accomodation. We were here on a family vacation with children and our dog. Owners are very nice and helpful people. As a bonus we had a fishing trip with boat around nearby small island. Also owners prepared for us a lunch - a plate full of fishes and squids. Razanac is small village without a car traffic, which was good for our dog. National parks are in range of 50 kilometers (Paklenica, Tulove Grede, also Plitvice lakes are near). We will return here for sure. Everything was above our expectations.

    The appartment was much nicer than the photos advertised. Very new kitchen including cleaning supplies and dishwasher tabs. Very clean and spacious. The hosts were friendly. It's a short walk to the center of Razanac and the town beach or you can walk to a quieter beach (rocky) which is great for snorkeling.

    The apartment is spacious, comfortable, modern and perfectly well equipped; we loved sitting on the balcony as well. The host is welcoming and super kind. Everything is conveniently close (Razanac itself is not very big anyway), especially the supermarket, but the beach is not further than 10 mins either.
