    The hosts has been kindly, friendly, helpfully but respectfully. The room was great for us, a couple in the sixtees. We liked the quietness and tranquility of the location and the area. We liked the extensious walkings in the nature around, fields, little woods and on the seaside. Porec, Novigrad and Umag were nearby and in a few minutes to reach by car. There were not so many restaurants open in the village, but the two ones we visited served delicous meals and best wine. We escaped from the cold and foggy weather in Austria to the sunny, clean and salty mediterranean air of Istria and wouldn't have been disappointed. There would have been worth to be visited a lot of more locations nearby, if we would have had the time for it. We loved those days and will come back by occasion.

    The local bakery is nice.

    The local bakery is nice. There is a lot of nice beach near, but Lanterna (Tar's beach) is far not on the list. Rovinj, Porec and Pula is near. Rovinj is the most beautifull city. Tar is mostly a "just sleep town", you need to travel to the near beaches.

    - very beautiful, clean and comfortable new apartment - nice view & sea view from balcony - very well equipped kitchen - swimming pool & tenis court next to apartment - very close to Poreć center, the best by own car. - good restaurants close to apartment, cheaper than in Poreć center. - close to Poreć beaches & supermarkets. - very calm area, good for resting - very communicative owner open to help in any topic. - dogs friendly

    We travelled with a group of friends. We rented the entire Villa with 8 apartments. It was absolutelly perfect. We enjoyed it very much. Tar is a beautiful small village with a bakery and fishery. There is a football pitch so our kids played football with the local kids every night. We loved it and didnt want to go back home.

    Our host was there when we arrived and had water and watermelon for the hot day. She told us some nice beaches nearby to visit. We had a wonderful apartment where we could relax and the location was quite nice to either walk to dinner or drive to a nearby town.
