This is a spectacular house! Well equipped, luxurious, contemporary designed, and located in picturesque surroundings of the town of Višnjan. Hosts are incredibly nice and welcoming, and breakfast is nothing short of the one in 5-star hotels! It was the best weekend getaway we could imagine.

Apartment has everything you need for a vacation - patio, pool, good location for exploring of Istria and very friendly and caring owner. The room looks exactly like on the photos and has all the equipment necessary, maybe one more pan would be nice. Town of Visnjan is a small quiet place but it has bakery, restaurants and shops in walking distance of apartment.

    The location is among olive groves and vineyards in the town of Barat, 2 km from Višnjan. A very beautiful and well-kept area of ​​several stone villas. We also met the owner, who is very friendly and flexible. The villa is really great, everything is clean and tidy down to the smallest details. The house has everything you need, from dishes, towels, bedding... We enjoyed the pool with the children, even though it was already mid-September. One of the best accommodations so far, we will definitely be back. Thank you Erwin :).

    Visnjan is a peaceful village, including supermarket and 2 restaurants, away from the overcrowded coastal area. Silvano is a great host and knowledgeable about the area. He helped us finding a mechanic for our car and gave excellent tips for highlights in the area, where to park your car and some nice beaches. The swimming pool is great during the summer, especially for the kids. I strongly recommend his place!

What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, adding a sense of calm and comfort that elevated our entire stay.
