The whole communication with the staff from the booking process on booking.com to check-in and the whole stay. Hotel and the facilities are perfect for families with children as it has amazing surroundings, beautiful nature and Petrcane are really close to Zadar which is a beautiful city. Also, food selection for breakfast/dinner is perfect!

    For me it was not the best town in the region.

    For me it was not the best town in the region. To be fair it had a tough competition. Nin, Vir and Zadar are nearby and have way more options for everything. Including beaches. Zaton has limited options for shopping, supermarkets and restaurants - and pretty much everything revolves around the resort.

    No real beach around.

    No real beach around. You have to drive everywhere and all the beaches in the area are suitable only for kids (shallow water) but with sharp rocks frequently. no restaurants, bars, cafes...you have drive to Zadar (some ok places in Nin)

    The sea is mostly muddy, you have to go a far away to swimm...

    The sea is mostly muddy, you have to go a far away to swimm in deep water. There is only 2 restaurant close to the beach and 2 bar. One is mostly closed. Free shower is fine. The shops are missing, you have to go by car to Nin. Holiday resort is heavily guarded :-), you have to pay, but inside is nothing to do.

    The kitchen equipment was excellent; we found everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was especially convenient, as it was just a few minutes away. The cleanliness was impeccable; everything was very tidy and clean upon our arrival. We really appreciated the grilling facility, and the fact that the bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower. The beds were very comfortable, and the new IKEA furniture added a cozy touch to the apartment. A big plus was the quiet environment after 10 PM, allowing for a peaceful night’s rest.

    We really enjoyed our stay here - a perfect place to relax and wind down away from hustle and bustle. A beautiful beach and access to Zaton resort close by. We used the freely available bikes which was a massive plus point as we didn’t have a car. Pool was beautiful our son really enjoyed and we almost had it just for us! Unfortunately the restaurant was not open but the bar was very nice. Owners are amazing and do not bother you. We loved this place and price was good

    Overall top-quality accommodation, both in and around the apartment. Fantastic host, very friendly and easy to talk to. They answered our every request and made sure our stay was fabulous. It was so convenient with our own outside shower and barbecue that we didn't have to share with other guests. Jacuzzi and laundry room were also very appreciated.

    Fantastic apartment, lots of great features like the hot tub and PlayStation which our 3 teenagers loved. It was just 5 minutes walk to a lovely beach in a large bay, perfect for swimming and hiring a pedalo. We also cycled to Nin using the bikes available at the accommodation. The pool was clean and our family usually had it to ourselves.

    The hosts are very nice and communication with them was very easy. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The location is very good, in a quiet street, but close to the beach and close to the entrance to the Zaton holiday resort (we liked to go there in the evening for the animation program and children's attractions).
