A lovely room, clean and cozy with a very comfort bed, good shower and a bath. The staff was helpful and welcoming, breakfast was varied and tasty and the location is in walking distance to many sights as well as to a metro station. Highly recommended.

Room was clean and lovely. The bed was soo comfortable and big. Hotel staff was friendly. We also included breakfast and it was really great, fresh. Location was good for getting easily with the metro or tram to the city center. We also went to a concert so the location to the arena was in perfect walkable distance. On the upper level there is a skybar which was great with nice cocktail options.

Perfect location, very close to airport bus stop and metro. 24 hours reception, making late check ins hassle free. Walking distance to Vaci street and the main sites by the river. The rooms have fresh and very practical interior design. Pillows and duvets are high quality and smell nice in an allergy friendly way. The hotel is located in a quiet side street. Rooms are also quiet and well sound isolated.

The hotel is in a good and quiet location. The rooms and the bathroom were clean and spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. We read from other reviews that you could hear the people from other rooms and that the walls were like paper, but we found the hotel very quiet. Some rooms have a washing machine, and we asked to be in such room, which was helpful to us. We chose the hotel as we had a 10pm flight and wanted to leave our luggage until late afternoon on that day.. Since the weather was very hot, we asked the stuff if we could take a shower in one of the rooms in the afternoon before our flight. They said they could arrange something if the hotel was not fully booked on that date. We returned to the hotel in the afternoon to collect our luggage and managed to freshen up in the toilets that were located in the lobby, which were spacious and very clean.

With a dome reminiscent of Brunelleschi’s "The Duomo" in Florence, the Hungarian parliament building is undoubtedly the icon of Budapest. It sits majestically by the Danube, the river that both divides and unifies the 2 parts of this capital city: Buda and Pest.

    I liked very much the order in general. I liked also the clean city, roads, shops, buldings and so on. I liked very much the transpotation system, among them, trams, every 3 minutes even sooner, the bus to the Airport, every 10 minutes, it was truly amazing. The helpful people to answer and guide you in eny questions. Unbelievable buldings with amazing architecture and styles. Spa baths (the main reason of my trip to Budapest)

    Beautiful historic city with lots of amenities to suit the tourist. Transport system is very efficient and travel cards are great value for money. The City Park is an interesting and fun place to walk around with numerous facilities including Ballon Fly, Kids Village, private dog park, boating lake and Zoo. The Thermal baths cannot be missed most especially the Rudas with its panoramic view of the city. Museums are all well run and value for money with good discounts for students and elderly. House of Terrors lives up to its name with staff in character representing the hardships Hungary suffered in the past. A clean and safe city with very little sign of panhandlers and the number of homeless seems low. It is a really good city for walkers as it is is quite flat and the trams and buses are never far away if you feel tired.

    Beautiful city for architecture and history. Bus tour with river trip very good. Parliament building is spectacular but expensive for the duration (40 minutes) and the system when you arrive for getting your ticket is shambolic! Synagogue well-worth a visit with holocaust museum Palate Indian restaurant is excellent and good value. Eating on the Buda side is more expensive in our opinion - need to note the 15% service charge on every bill.

    We stayed in Buda which was quite hilly with lots of steps, it had the castle area which was lovely but would stay on the pest side if I went back as flatter snd more shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. The metro is cheap and easy to use.

    I was in Budapest for three days, that's too little days for this city. There are too many historical landmarks. A walk through Budapest itself is a historical tour. A must-see is the Buda Castle. For enjoyment, I recommend the New York cafe. A beautiful restaurant with history. Worth a visit.

    i visit budapest 2-3 x - every year in the last 15 years. to bad that hardly anybody speak english and no restaurant menues are in english or german language. otherwise budapest is the most beautiful city in the world. PS!!!! i am NOT a hungarian.
