"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and customize as per your choice.. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to Bandar Bintan port . Everything. I had no idea they’ve been around for 10 years and to have a solid 9/10 rating says a lot! Hard to downgrade from that experience. Even when the weather was a bit gloomy if it doesn’t ruin your relaxation, you know the property is delivering exceptionally.

The staff was superb, special shout out to Mia. I had some issues when booking the accommodation, but Anmon Team helped to resolve it and put me at ease! The stay, ambience of the entertainment space, cleanliness and comfort, food (they have plenty vegetarian option too!) and facility is great. Will defo go back.

The villa was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and the private pool was great fun. The location was very peaceful, and we didn’t hear any noise overnight. Beds were comfortable and rooms were really nicely done. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange transfers to activities we wanted to do on the island. The beach here was quiet, clean and very beautiful. The hotel food was nice and the restaurant has a lovely beach view. There are also food options in Lagoi which is only 5mins away in a taxi and the taxi cost very little. The hotel arranged taxis for us which made it super easy to pop in when we wanted to pick bits up. Information online is fairly scarce about Lagoi, so for info we found warung yeah! Which is a reasonably priced eatery offering a pretty extensive menu at a smaller cost than the resort hotels, and we found a bbq place in Lagoi. There are also some street vendors selling world food options, again for a good price. There is also a bar but that was on the pricey side. You could easily eat in Lagoi for a good price. Alternatively if travelling further afield the restaurants at Nirwana Gardens were lovely and about 15mins away by taxi. We really enjoyed our stay overall.
