There are 3 main waterfalls in the area, which are worth a visit. I just loved following the roads uphill on my motorcycle, just going where they led. Higher up, there are Balinese villages, so you get diversity. Lovely sitting n the verandah of my room, overlooking the pool, the lowland areas and the coast. If you're looking for a place to explore between the 3 Gilis and Senaru, you could do much worse than spend a night or 2 here. A motorcycle is pretty much essential. There are lots of small shops but I didn't see any warungs selling food; however, the wife of the homestay owner will prepare a decent meal for a reasonable price. Nice to walk to Kerta Gangga waterfall in the evening or early morning.
